2.Admissionprocedure

Step1:Pleasevisithttp://www.studyinhnnu.***/tofinishtheonlineapplication.

DoNOTmailhardcopies.

Step2:TheformalAdmissionNotice,VisaApplicationFormforStudyinChina(JW202/201)willbesenttoadmittedapplicants.Admittedapplicantsshouldbringpassport,AdmissionLetter,VisaApplicationForm(JW202/201),PhysicalExaminationRecordFormaswellasBloodTestRecord,etc.tothelocalChineseEmbassyorConsulateandapplyforastudentvisa(Xvisa).

Step3:StudentsshallregisteratHunanNormalUniversityontimeasscheduledontheAdmissionLetter.

3.Applicationdocuments:

a).Thepassportinformationpage(Ordinarypassport).

b).Notarizedhighestdiplomaandofficialtranscript(InChineseorEnglish).

(Theprospectivediplomarecipientsshallsubmitofficialdocumentsissuedbyyourcurrentschooltoproveyourcurrentstudentstatusandexpectedgraduationdate.Theofficialdiplomamustbeprovidedatregistration).

c).Foreignerphysicalexaminationform(photocopy)andcopiesofbloodtestreports.

(ThephysicalexaminationsmustcoveralloftheitemslistedintheForeignerPhysicalExaminationForm.Personalinformationsuchasname,dateofbirthandnationalitywrittenontheformshouldbeconsistentwiththatonyourpassport.PassportNamewrittenontheformshouldnotbeabbreviatedoromitted.Pleasecarefullyplanyourphysicalexaminationscheduleastheresultisvalidforonly6months).

d).NoCriminalConvictionCertificate.

HSK4certificateoraboveforundergraduateprograms;HSK5certificateoraboveforgraduateprograms.

i).Englishproficiencycertificate.(RequiredforEnglishtaughtprograms).

ApplicantswhosenativelanguageisnotEnglish,shallprovideaIELTSscoreof6.0oraTOEFLscoreof85orhigher.

j).ApplicantswhoarecurrentlyinChinaorhaveworkedorstudiedinChinashouldproviderelevantsupportingdocuments.Furtherdocumentationoftheapplicant'sacademicabilityandcomprehensivequalitycanbesubmittedwiththedocumentslistedabove.
