2.《外国人体格检查表》复印件（原件自行保存）申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师签字或医院盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间，并携带原件到校报到

6.汉语水平能力证明。自费生HSK成绩需要达到四级或以上水平可以进入本科学习，HSK不足四级者需在学校进行汉语补习，成绩合格后方可进入本科学习；中国政府奖学金生HSK成绩需要达到三级或以上方可申请来校学习；母语为汉语的申请者，经学校认定，可免提供汉语成绩证明
