2021年厦门海洋职业技术学院海上丝绸之路沿线国家外国留学生中英双语申请材料

1.申请人须提供如下材料，所有材料须一式三份：

1）《厦门海洋职业技术学院留学生入学申请表》（见附件1）；

2）护照或其他身份证明复印件；

3）2寸白底彩色免冠照片；

4）经公证的中文或英文高中或中专毕业证书和成绩单，中英文以外文本需附上经过公证的中文或英文译本；

5）汉语水平考试（HSK）证书复印件；

6）毕业学校鉴定表或推荐信；

7）《厦门海洋职业技术学院国际学生经济担保书》（见附件2）及其担保材料复印件，须用中文或英文填写。申请奖学金者也需提交经济担保书；

8）来华学习计划（不少于800字）；

9）近半年《外国人体格检查表》和无犯罪记录证明。无犯罪记录证明是由申请人所在地公安机关出具的证明文件。

申请者请将全部申请材料扫描电子版发到邮箱xmoc522@***,并将全部完整的申请材料纸质版在5月10日前一起寄到厦门海洋职业技术学院招生办公室。

2.申请陈嘉庚奖学金的留学生，需另外提供以下两份材料：

1）《陈嘉庚奖学金申请表》（见附件3）；

2）申请人华人华侨后裔证明，即由所在国家华人社团或较有影响的华人出具的申请人为华人后裔的证明函（具体模板格式见附件4）；

3.申请学校奖学金的留学生，需另外提供《厦门海洋职业技术学院留学生奖学金申请表》（见附件5）

4.2.3 Twoinchcolorbareheadedphotos;

4.2.4 NotarizeddiplomaandtranscriptsofhighschoolorsecondaryschoolinChineseorEnglish.DocumentsinlanguagesotherthanChineseandEnglishmustbeattachednotarizedChineseorEnglishtranslations.

4.2.5CopyofthecertificateofChineseProficiencyTest(HSK).

4.2.6 AcademicRecommendationLetteror SchoolVerificationLetter

4.2.7 CopyofFinancialSupportGuaranteeStatement forInternationalStudents(AppendixⅡ),combinedwiththerelevantguaranteematerials(inEnglish,orinChinese).Applicantsforgovernmentscholarshipsarealsorequiredtosubmita financialsupportguaranteestatement.

4.2.8 Study Plan in China (nolessthan800words)

4.2.9Foreigner Physical Examination Form andCertificateofnocriminalrecord.

4.3InternationalstudentsapplyingforTanKahKeescholarshipneedtoprovidethefollowingtwoadditionalmaterials:

4.3.1TanKahKeeScholarshipApplicationForm (AppendixⅢ)

4.3.2TheidentificationofthedescendantsofoverseasChineseandethnicChinese(TemplateformatisshowninAppendixⅣ)

ThecertificateoftheapplicantfortheChinesedescendantsshouldbeissuedbytheChineseAssociationortheinfluentialoverseasChineseofthehostcountry.

4.4InternationalstudentsapplyingforthescholarshipofXiamenOceanVocationalCollege shouldalsoprovidethescholarshipapplicationformforinternationalstudentsofXiamenOceanVocationalCollege (Appendix Ⅴ)

5.1 Verificationofqualification

Therewillbeacomprehensivereviewoftheapplicant’sforeignidentity,highschooldiploma,academicperformance,languageproficiency,personalstatement,recommendations andtheidentificationofthedescendantsofoverseasChineseandethnicChinese .

5.2Assessment

Forthoseapplicantswhopasstheverificationofqualification,theschoolwilltakeaassessment,focusesonthestudents'languagecommunicationability,overallmerit,etc.

5.3Theadmissiondecisionwillbebasedontheverificationoftheapplicant’squalificationand assessmentresults.

AdmissionNotices and StudentVisaApplicationForms(JW202) forsuccessfulapplicantswillbemailedoutstartinginJuly2020.

7.1TuitionStandard:15,000RMB/per-person/per-year.

7.2AccommodationFeeStandard:2,200RMB/per-person/per-year.Internationalstudentsstayinthestudentdormswithairconditioning,waterheater,furnitureandseparatetoilet.Everydormcontainsfourstudents.

Scholarshipstudentsarechargedthesamefeesasself-fundedstudents.
