如果申请者在中国，请提供签证信息页和近一次入境章页，并上传到系统。如有其它可以证明申请者学业能力和综合素质的文件，可在申请时一并提交。

d. Notarizedhighestdiplomaandofficial transcript.

(Theprospectivediplomarecipientsshallsubmitofficialdocumentsissuedbyyourcurrentschooltoproveyourcurrentstudentstatusandstateexpectedgraduationdate.Theofficialdiplomamustbeprovidedatregistration).

e. Non-criminalrecordreport.TheapplicantshallsubmitavalidcertificateofNon-Criminal Record

issuedbythelocalpublicsecurityauthorityandPersonalinformationsuchasname,dateofbirthandnationalitywrittenontheformshouldbeconsistentwiththenameandbirthdateonyourpassport.

Namewrittenontheformshouldnotbeabbreviatedoromitted；

f. Twolettersofrecommendationsingedbyprofessorsorassociateprofessors.Applicantswhocouldprovidenotarizeddocumentsoftheteachingemploymentagreementuponcompletingstudyarepreferred.

g. Statementofapplication(800-1000words)inChineseortheinstructionlanguageofmajorsingedbyapplicant,includingapplicant’sChineselanguagelearningbackground,studyplanandobjectives inChina.

h. Languageproficiencycertificate.Iftheapplicants’nativelanguageisnottheinstructionlanguage,pleaseprovidethecorrespondinglanguageproficiency certificate.
