2)Step2:Payapplication fee.Applicantsmaypayituponarrivalatcampusforregistrationorremitthefeeviabankaccount. Incompleteinformationwillnotbeacceptedforapplication.Theapplicationfeeisnotrefundable.
II．ApplicationDate:Applicationsareacceptedallyearround.TherecommendedapplicationperiodisfromJune30th,2020 toAugust10th,2020.

Studentsshallregisteronrequestedtimeinperson.PleasepresentAdmissionNotice,passport,1copyofpassportandvalidvisapagetotheAdmissionofficers,andpayallfeesuponregistration.

V．EnrollmentandVisaApplication
Aftertheapplicationofastudentisreceived,ifeligible,anadmissionsnoticewillbeissuedandsenttothestudent.Onceadmissionsnotice isreceived,ifStudentscannotstudyatschool,thecoursewillbeconductedonline(PleaserefertoGeneralRegulationsfortheEnrollmentofOnlineChineseCourse).IfstudentscanenterChina,studentsshouldapplyforStudent’svisa(“X”visa)totheChineseembassyorconsulateinyourhomecountrywiththedocumentswesendtoyouandotherdocumentsrequiredbytheembassy.Thestudentsshouldchangethestudentvisatoaresidencepermit withinthirtydaysafteryourarrivalinChina.
Somestudentsmayneeda"VisaApplicationFormforStudyinChina"(JW202)whentheyapplyforastudentvisa.WewillsendtheJW202formtothesestudents,buttheyshouldmakesuretoapplyforthisform2monthsearlier,forittakesatleast2monthsforapproval.
Foreignstudentsundertheageof18shouldbeunderthecustodyofguardian,whomustbealocalresidentofGuangdong.Notarizedcertificationoftheguardianshipmustbesubmitted.Formoredetails,pleasereferto“GuidetoNotarizedCertificationforInternationalStudentsundertheAgeof18”.
StudentswhohaveavalidresidentialpermitandwhowishtotransfertoCCLCfromotherChineseschoolsshouldaskforatransferletter,graduationletter,transcriptsandattendancerecordswithanattendancerateofabove80%(studentswhostudybachelors’degreeorhighershouldprovidedegreecertificateorstudyletter)fromtheirformerschoolsothecollegecanhelpthemtoextendtheirresidentialpermituponarrival.
VI．MedicalExamination(forofflinestudyonly)
MedicalexaminationinGuangdongInternationalTravelHealthCareCenterwillbearrangedforfreshmenafterregistration.Unqualifiedstudentswillberejected.Studentswhohavehadmedicalexaminationsinothercountriesshouldbringtheoriginaldocuments,whichwillbevalidatedafterbeingauthenticatedbytheGuangdongInternationalTravelHealthCareCenter.
VII．Insurance(forofflinestudyonly)
Accordingtothe“ProvisionalRegulationsforCompulsoryInternationalStudentInsuranceatHigherInstitutionsofLearning”issuedbytheEducationMinistryoftheP.RChina,internationalstudentsinChinamustbuyagroupcomprehensiveinsurancesoldinmainlandChina(includingfreeofparticularaverage,personalaccidentinsurance,medicalinsurance).Theinsuranceshouldbeboughtuponregistration.Otherwise,theregistrationwillberejected.
