Yes.ApplicantswithoutAdmissionLetterareequallyallowedtoapplyforChineseGovernmentScholarship.However,CSCreservestherighttomakenecessaryadjustmentsontheuniversityoptions,specialties,programcategoriesanddurationofstudyfortheapplicationswithoutAdmissionLetters.ApplicationsenclosedwithAdmissionLetterwillbeforwardeddirectlytothehostuniversitiesforrecruitmentconfirmation.
V.IstheLetterofAcceptanceoremailfromthesupervisoradmissible?
OnlytheofficialAdmissionLettersfromtheadmissionsdepartmentofChineseuniversitiesarevalid.Otherfileslikeacceptancelettersoremailsfromsupervisorsorprofessorsshallnotberegardedastheequivalentorsubstitute.
VI.WherecanIgettheAgencyNumber?
AgencyNumberisthefirstrequireditemwhenapplyingonlineatCSCOnlineApplicationSystemforInternationalStudents(http://laihua.***.cn).EachAgencyNumberstandsforaspecificapplicationreceivingagencyandwillbegiventotherecommendedcandidatesonly.AcorrectAgencyNumberwillleadtothepresenceofthecorrespondingapplicationreceivingagency.WrongAgencyNumberwillleadtoapplicationrejection.TheagencynumberofHebeiUniversityofEconomicsandBusiness(HUEB)forChineseGovernmentScholarshipis11832.

1.Pleaseselecttheprogram,CHINESEGOVERNMENTSCHOLARSHIP.
2.TheitemApplyforreferstotheprogramyouwanttoapplyratherthanthedegreeyouhavealreadyheld.
3.MajorsshouldbeoneoftheexistingmajorsofferedbyChineseuniversitiesandbebasedonyouractualeducationalbackground.Anonexistentorimpropermajorinputwillaffectyourapplicationresult.
4.PreferenceofInstitutionsmustbechosenfrom252ChineseuniversitiesdesignatedbyMOE.Anyinstitutionbeyondthelistwillnotbeavailableforrecruitment.Hereinafter,youarewarmlywelcometopursueyourfurtherstudyinHebeiUniversityofEconomicsofEconomicsandBusiness.
5.DurationoftheMajorStudyshouldmatchtheprogramyouapplyfor.PleasecheckAPPLICATIONDETAILSofeachprogramforthespecificschoolingperiod.
6.Submittedapplicationscanberetrievedforrevision.Onceretrieved,thepreviouslysubmittedapplicationbecomesinvalid.Therefore,revisedapplicationshouldbesubmittedonemoretime.

CSCprovidestransferservicetonewfullscholarshipstudentswhohavetomakeastopoverinBeijingtoothercitiesduringAugust25thandSeptember15th.PickupserviceatBeijingAirport,freeaccommodationoncampusandhard-seattrainticket(orhard-berthtrainticketforovernighttrip)fromBeijingtothecityofthehostinstitutionwillbeprovidedtofullscholarshipstudents.
