1. 云南大学将组织专家对申请人的申请材料进行评审，遴选出拟录取人选，并上报云南省教育厅和国家留学基金委审核，对符合条件者，择优录取。
2. 7 月初，云南大学向奖学金获得者寄发《录取通知书》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW201 表）及《入学指南》等录取材料；
3. 每名奖学金获得者只能获得一个中国政府奖学金项目的资助；对于同时被多所高校录取的奖学金申请人，留学基金委仅为其保留一所学校的奖学金资格；
4. 奖学金获得者入学后不得变更录取院校，原则上不得变更学习专业及学习期限；

II. Application Requirements
1) TheapplicatsmustbeNon-Chinesecitizensingoodhealthcondition,withtheirnationalitiescitizenshipexistlongerthansixyears.TheplannedenrolmentquotaofChineseGovernmentScholarshipcanonlybeprovidedtonewstudents,studentswhoarecurrentlystudyinginChinacannotapplyforthis scholarship.
2) Requirementsonapplicants'educationbackgroundand age:
Master'sdegreeprogramapplicantsshouldholdaBachelor's Degree, and under35yearsold.PhD.degreeprogramapplicantsmustholdaMaster'sDegreeandunder40years old.
III. Application Procedure
Applicantsarerequiredtocompletebothoftheon-lineproceduresaswellasmailthehard-copyapplicationmaterialstoYunnanUniversity.Pleasemailthefollowinghard-copymaterialstotheofficeofinternationalrelations,SchoolofInternationalEducation,YunnanUniversitybefore25thMarch,2019.Lateapplicationsarenot acceptable.
1. Applicantsshouldvisithttp://www.***.cn/studyinchina andfillintheapplicationforminChineseorEnglish(AgencyNumberofYunnanUniversityis10673,ProgramCategoryisB)submittheformonlinetocompletetheonlineapplication.then,downloadandprint it.
2. Hard-copymaterialspackage(threecopiesforeach item).
a) Signedcopyoftheapplicationform(see above).
b) PhotocopyofthePassportinformation page.
c) Copyoftheapplicant'shighestacademicdegreecertificatenotarizedbyapublicnotary.Thosewhoarecurrentlystudyinginacollegeoruniversityarerequiredtoprovidecertificationoftheirstudentstatus(providedbythecollegeoruniversity).Thosewhoareemployedaftergraduationarerequiredtoprovidecertificationoftheiremploymentstatus(providedbytheiremployer).Certificates/certificationswritteninlanguagesotherthanChineseorEnglishmustbeaccompaniedbyanotarizedChineseorEnglish Version.
d) StudyorresearchplaninEnglishorChinese(800wordsor above).
e) TworecommendationlettersinChineseor English.
f) PhotocopyofForeignerPhysicalExaminationForm(pleaseonlyhandinaphotocopyandkeeptheoriginalversionwithyou).ThisformisreleasedbyChina'squarantineauthority.ThephysicalexaminationsmustcoveralloftheitemslistedintheForeignerPhysicalExaminationForm.Incompleteformsorformswithoutthesignatureoftheattendingphysician,ortheofficialstampofthehospital,orasealedphotographoftheapplicantareconsideredasinvalid.Pleasecarefullyplanyourphysicalexaminationscheduleastheresultisvalidforonly6 months.
g) ACDofyourownworks(onlyrequiredforarts students);
ApplicantsformusicstudiesarerequestedtosubmitaCDoftheirownmusicalworks.ApplicantsforthefineartsprogramsmustsubmitaCDoftheirownworkswhichincludetwosketches,twocolorpaintingsandtwootherworks.

IV. AdmissionandNotification
1. AfterassessmentbyexpertsfromYunnanUniversity,thedocumentsofqualifiedapplicantswillbedeliveredtotheEducationDepartmentofYunnanProvinceandNationalCSC,itisamerit-based enrollment.
2. YNUwillmailtheofferletters,VisaApplicationFormforStudyinChina(JW201Form),andRegistrationGuidetoscholarshiprecipientatthebeginningofJuly.
3. EachapplicantcouldonlyreceiveonescholarshipsupportedbytheCHINESEGOVERNMENTSCHOLARSHIPPROGRAM.Ifanapplicant is
recruitedbymorethanoneuniversity,NationalCSCwillreserveonlyoneuniversity'sscholarshipqualificationforthisapplicant.
4. Scholarshiprecipientsshallnotchangetheirhostuniversity,fieldofstudy,ordurationofstudyunlesstheygiveupthe grant.
5. Scholarshipwillnotbereservedifitsrecipientcannotregisterbeforetheregistration deadline.
V. Application Deadline
Thehard-copyapplicationmaterialpackagesmustbereceivedbytheOfficeofPublicRelations,SchoolofInternationalEducation,YunnanUniversity,beforeMarch25th,2019.Latedeliveryand/orincompleteinformationmayresultinfailureinreceivingtheaward.
