（一）“海上丝绸之路”沿线国家华侨华人后裔，拥护“一个中国”，对祖籍国友好。
（二）申请读我校的学生，须获得高级中学或同等学历的中专以上毕业证书，年龄在18-30周岁（截止2019年9月1日前），持外国有效普通护照的非中国籍公民。

（1）中国大陆、香港、澳门和台湾居民在移民外国后作为外国留学生来华学习必须持有效外国护照4年（含）以上，且近4年（截止2019年4月30日前）之内有在国外实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在国外住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）。
2.2.1ResidentsofmainlandChina,HongKong,MacaoandTaiwanwhoimmigratedtoothercountriesandthenstudyinChinaasaforeignstudentmustholdavalidforeignpassportfor4yearsormore.Andinthepast4years (UntilApril30,2019),therehavebeenrecordsofactuallylivingabroadformorethan2years (actuallylivingabroadfor9monthsinayearcanbecalculatedinoneyear,certifiedbyentryandexitseals)
（2）根据有关规定，外籍华人（含已加入外国国籍的原中国公民及其外国籍后裔、中国公民的外国籍后裔）须通过公安机关出入境管理机构的国籍认定，方可办理外国人居留许可并按外国留学生身份进行学籍注册。未通过国籍认定者将被取消入学资格。
（三）遵守中国政府的法律法规。学生身体健康，身体条件须符合教育部、卫生部、中国残疾人联合会《关于印发普通高等学校招生体检工作指导意见的通知》等相关文件规定，体检不合格者不予录取。
（四）具有运用汉语和汉字进行交际和沟通的基本能力，中文能力达到《国际汉语能力标准》四级水平者优先录取。

陈嘉庚奖学金资助标准：人民币5万元/人/学年；福建省政府奖学金资助标准：人民币3万元/人/学年。被录取到我校就读的外国留学生，需要按程序评审，评审通过后奖学金原则上按月发放。

奖学金可以用来支付学费、住宿费、保险费、教材费、生活费等费用。
