第一步：留学上海http://study.shmec.gov.cn网上报名，同时上传以上材料的扫描件。

Step1 Applyonlinehttp://study.shmec.gov.cnandmeanwhileuploadthescannedcopiesofthematerialslistedabove.

第二步：在5月15日前，将打印好的报名表签名，并和其他报名材料一起，邮寄或直接提交到以下任一地址：

（1）长宁校区：上海市仙霞路350号科创楼711室，钱老师（200336）

（2）松江校区：上海龙腾路333号行政楼315，杨老师（201620）

Step2：：Printoutandsignontheapplicationform，andthenpostordirectlysubmitwithotherrequiredmaterialstoeitherofthetwoaddressesbelowbeforeMay15th.
