Prospectivediplomarecipientsmustsubmitofficialdocumentissuedbyyourcurrentschooltoproveyourcurrentstudentstatusorexpectedgraduationdate.DocumentsinlanguagesotherthanChineseorEnglishmustbeattachedwithnotarizedChineseorEnglishtranslations.

3.Academictranscripts(writteninChineseorEnglish);

TranscriptsinlanguagesotherthanChineseorEnglishmustbeattachedwithnotarizedChineseorEnglishtranslations.

4.AStudyPlanorResearchProposal(writteninChineseorEnglish);

Thisshouldbeaminimumof200wordsforbachelorprogramapplicants.

5.ForeignerPhysicalExaminationForm(photocopy)(TheoriginalcopywillbekeptbyyourselfandtheformisuniformlyprintedbyChinesehealthyquarantinedepartments.ItmustbewritteninEnglishandcanbedownloadedfromhttp://www.***.cn/studyinchinaorhttp://www.***).

ThephysicalexaminationsmustcoveralloftheitemslistedintheForeignerPhysicalExaminationForm.Incompleteformsorformswithoutthesignatureoftheattendingphysician,ortheofficialstampofthehospital,orasealedphotographoftheapplicantareconsideredasinvalid.Pleasecarefullyplanyourphysicalexaminationscheduleastheresultisvalidforonly6months.

VII.ScholarshipConfirmation

1.HebeiUniversityofTechnologyreviewstheapplicationdocumentsanddecidesthenominatedcandidates.

2.NominatedcandidateswillgetChineseGovernmentScholarshipstostudyinChinawithapprovaloftheCSC.

3.CSCreservestherightstodecidethehostuniversityforscholarshiprecipientswithmultipleoffers.Eachscholarshiprecipient-evenwhenadmittedbymultipleuniversities-willbegrantednomorethanonescholarship.

4.TheCSCreviewseligibilityandqualificationsofnominatedcandidates,approvestheListofScholarship

Recipients,andsendstheadmissiondocumentstoHebutbeforeJune30th.Hebutsendstheadmissiondocuments(ListofScholarshipRecipients,AdmissionLetterandVisaApplicationFormforStudyinChina(JW201))toscholarshiprecipients

5.Scholarshiprecipientsshallnotallowedtochangetheirhostuniversity,fieldofstudy,ordurationofstudystipulatedontheAdmissionLetteraftertheircomingtoChina.

6.Scholarshipwillnotbereservedifscholarshiprecipientcannotregisterbeforetheregistrationdeadline.
