我院中外合作办学的酒店管理专业已接受了AQA评审。所谓“AQA”，是在奥地利和其他欧洲高等教育区国家实行的质量认证机构的英文缩写；所谓“评审”，就是对已取得中外合作办学的学校进行评估，以使得教学质量保持在统一的欧洲标准内。凡通过评审的学校所颁发的学位证书可成为全球发达国家范围内就业和读研的绿色通道。

本专业秉承“国际化、应用型”的办学理念，努力培养学生宽阔的国际视野、较高的人文素质、较强的创新意识和一定的研究能力，从而成为能够持续发展的国际化、复合型经营管理人才。

Ø培养模式Educationmode

全国唯一一家与奥地利维也纳MODUL大学合作举办酒店管理专业的本科高校，采取“4+0”培养模式，学制四年。国际课程标准，国内学习，双方优秀教师授课，英文教学。第一学年中方教师双语授课。第二学年开始时学生须取得低雅思5.5分的成绩，进入外方专业课程学习，并迟于第二学年结束时出示雅思6.0成绩。所有专业课程完全沿用MODUL大学本部及迪拜校区的国际课程体系。成绩合格的学生可获得在MODUL大学或其国际合作大学交换学习一学期的机会。学业合格将获得我院毕业证书和学位证书，并同时获得维也纳MODUL大学的学士学位证书（该证书与其本土学生相同）。

ThisistheonlydomesticundergraduatehighereducationinstitutionwhichcooperateswithAustrianMODULUniversityViennaindeliveringHospitalityandDietaryArtscourses.Itadopts“4+0”educationpatternwithadurationof4yearsofacademicstudies.StudyinChinawhilefollowinginternationalcoursestandards,excellentteachersfrombothsidesandteachinginEnglish.Inthefirstschoolyear,Chineseteacherswillteachinabilingualmanner.Tostartthesecondyearofstudy,theminimumEnglishproficiencyrequirementisIELTS5.5.Andattheendofthesecondyearofstudy,studentsmustpassanEnglishproficiencytest(IELTS:6.0).ThemajorstudiesfollowexactlytheinternationalcurriculumwhichistaughtinViennaorinDubai.QualifyingstudentscanstudyonesemesteratanotherMODULUniversityCampusoratoneoftheinternationalpartneruniversities.

Studentswhosuccessfullyfinishthisstudyprogramwillobtainthegraduationcertificatesanddegreecertificatesofourcollege,aswellastheCertificateforBachelor’sDegreeofMODULUniversityVienna.
