2017年西南林业大学孔子学院奖学金中国家庭体验四周研修招生流程

1.自本招生办法发布之日起，汉办委托424联盟院校对口孔子学院（课堂）作为推荐机构，择优选拔本地申请者，推荐并组织学生进行预报名，填写《孔子学院奖学金中国家庭体验四周研修项目预报名表》（见附录2），并统一提交至424联盟工作组秘书处（天津大学，邮箱：tju_homestay@***.cn）。预报名截止日期为各项目开班前30天。

2.联盟工作组秘书处根据各接收院校预报名情况，结合实际，统筹协调分配各接收院校申请者，及时反馈相关联盟院校、推荐机构及国家汉办。

3.孔子学院（课堂）根据联盟工作组秘书处的反馈信息，组织学员进行在线申请。申请者可登陆孔子学院奖学金网站（http://cis.***），注册、在线填写、提交《孔子学院奖学金申请表》并附上有关证明材料电子扫描件。

4.汉办对符合条件者进行综合评审，择优录取并发布评审结果。各接收院校、推荐机构和申请者可通过孔子学院奖学金系统进行查询。

5.接收院校与学生确认留学意向后，须在10个工作日内前将《录取通知书》等入学材料寄达推荐机构。

IV.AdmissionProcedure

1.Fromtheissuedateoftheapplicationprocedures,ConfuciusInstitutes(Classrooms)whichcooperatewiththe42ChineseuniversitiesareentrustedbyHanbanasrecommendinginstitutionstoengageinapplicantselection,recommendationandorganization.TheConfuciusInstitutes(Classrooms)shouldguideapplicantstofillinthePre-applicationFormofConfuciusInstituteScholarshipforHomeStay/HomeVisitFour-WeekStudyProgram(AppendixII)andsendthemtothesecretariatof“424union”(TianjinUniversity,E-mail:tju_homestay@***.cn).Thedeadlineofpre-applicationis30dayspriortoeachfour-weekprogram.

2.Thesecretariatof“424union”conductsanoverallreviewandallocationofallapplications,andprovidesfeedbacktohostinstitutions,recommendinginstitutionsandHanban.

***nfuciusInstitutes(Classrooms)organizestudentstomakeapplicationonlineafterreceivingthefeedbackfromthesecretariat.ApplicantsshouldlogontotheConfuciusInstituteScholarshipswebsite(http://cis.***)toregister,completetheConfuciusInstituteScholarshipsApplicationFormonline,anduploadthescannedcopiesofrelevantsupportingdocuments.

4.Hanbanwillconductanoverallassessmentofallapplications,admitapplicantsonthebasisofcompetitiveselectionandannouncetheadmissionresults.Allthehostinstitutions,recommendinginstitutionsandapplicantscanfindthescholarshiprecruitmentresultsfromtheConfuciusInstituteScholarshipswebsite.

5.Afterconfirmingwiththesuccessfulapplicants,hostinstitutionsarerequiredtopost“LetterofAdmission”andotherrelevantdocumentstotherecommendinginstitutionswithin10workingdays.
