　　我院中外合作办学的酒店管理专业已接受了AQ评审。所谓“AQ”，是国际第三方高等教育监督认证机构的英文缩写;所谓“评审”，就是对已取得中外合作办学的学校进行评估，以使得教学质量保持在统一的欧洲标准内。凡通过评审的学校所颁发的学位证书可成为在全欧洲就业和读研的“绿色通道”。

　　Ø培养模式Educationmode

　　全国唯一一家与奥地利维也纳MODUL大学合作举办酒店管理专业的本科高校，采取“4+0”培养模式，学制四年。国际课程标准，国内学习，双方优秀教师授课，英文教学。第一学年中方教师双语授课，第二学年学生须通过英语水平测试进入国际课程阶段，专业主干课程由外籍教师授课，学业合格将获得我院毕业证书和学位证书，并同时获得维也纳MODUL大学的学士学位证书(该证书与其本土学生相同)。

　　ThisistheonlydomesticundergraduatehighereducationinstitutionwhichcooperateswithAustrianMODULUniversityViennaindeliveringHospitalityandDietaryArtscourses.Itadopts“4+0”educationpatternwithlengthof4yearsofschooling.StudyinChinawhilefollowinginternationalcoursestandard,excellentteachersfrombothsidesandteachinginEnglish.Inthefirstschoolyear,Chineseteacherswillteachinabilingualmanner.Inthesecondschoolyear,studentsmustpassEnglishproficiencytestandturntoaphaseofinternationalcourseswithmajorcoursestaughtbyforeignteachers.Studentswhosucceedinacademicswillobtainthegraduationcertificatesanddegreecertificatesofourcollege,aswellastheCertificateforBachelor’sDegreeofMODULUniversityViennaatthesametime(thiscertificateisbasicallythesameasthatforitslocalstudents).
