2015年天津外国语大学孔子学院奖学金学年研修生

一学年研修生向孔子学院（课堂）学员，海外本土汉语教师、“汉语桥”中文比赛优胜者、大学中文专业优秀学生、HSK考试成绩优秀者和有志于从事国际汉语教育的人士提供，学习专业为汉语言文学（汉语国际教育），入学时间为2015年秋季，资助期限为1学年。，培养目标为汉语水平达到HSK五级和HSKK中级。申请者HSK成绩须不低于三级180分、HSKK（初级）成绩不低于60分，或者BCT（A）成绩不低于180分、BCT（口语）成绩不低于180分。

ScholarshipforOne-AcademicYearStudents:ThescholarshipisorientedatoutstandingstudentsofConfuciusInstitutes(Classrooms),overseaslocalChineselanguageteachers,winnersofthe“ChineseBridge”ChineseProficiencyCompetitionsforForeignCollegeStudentsandforForeignHighSchoolStudents,excellentforeigncollegestudentsmajoredinChinese,outstandingperformersontheHSK,andthosewhointendtobecomeChineseteachers.ThescholarshipwinnerwillstudythemajorofChineseLanguageandLiterature（TeachingChinesetoSpeakersofOtherLanguages）atTFSU.Thetimeofentranceisautumn2015andthegranttermisoneacademicyearwiththetrainingtargetforHSKlevel5andHSKKintermediatelevel.Applicantsshouldachieveascoreofatleast180ontheHSK(level3)andatleast60ontheHSKK(primarylevel)，oratleast180ontheBCT(A)andatleast180ontheBCT(spokenChinese)).

二、奖学金资助内容及标准

孔子学院奖学金资助内容包括：学费、住宿费、生活费、综合医疗保险费。其中，生活费标准为：本科生、一学年和一学期研修生人民币2500元/月。

三、招生流程

III.RecruitmentProcedures

1.申请者须登陆孔子学院奖学金网站（http://cis.***）注册个人账号，查询接收院校（天津外国语大学）及专业信息（汉语言文学），在线填写、提交《孔子学院奖学金申请表》，截止日期为5月10日。

2.汉办委托各国孔子学院（独立设置的孔子课堂），有关海外汉语考试考点，中国驻外使（领）馆教育、文化处（组），接收院校和未建孔子学院国家的有关高等学校作为推荐机构，申请人将纸质打印件连同其他材料（见“申请材料”项）一并递交推荐机构（未建孔子学院国家的高校可由学生自行寄送）。各推荐机构负责受理申请材料、择优推荐符合条件的申请者，并于5月20日前，将推荐名单及纸质版申请材料汇总提交至我校孔子学院工作处，（地址见“联系方式”项。申请材料恕不退还）。同时根据国家汉办《2015年度孔子学院奖学金招生办法》要求将推荐名单汇总提交汉办。

ConfuciusInstitutes(independentlyset-upConfuciusClassrooms),overseasChinesetestcenters,educationalandculturaloffices(sections)ofChineseEmbassies(Consulates),hostinstitutesandinstitutionsofhighereducationinthosecountrieswithnoConfuciusInstitutesareentrustedbyHanbanastherecommendinginstitutions.Applicantshouldprinttheapplicationformandothermaterials(SeeIV.ApplicationDocuments)andsubmittorecommendinginstitutions(StudentsinthosecountrieswithnoConfuciusInstitutescanmailmaterialspersonally).Recommendinginstitutesshouldexamineapplicationmaterialsandselectqualifiedapplicants,andsubmitthelistofrecommendedapplicantstotheConfuciusInstituteDivisionofTianjinForeignStudiesUniversityaswellasHanbanbyMay20th,2015,meanwhilesendtheapplicationmaterialsbymailtoTianjinForeignStudiesUniversity.(SeeⅥ.Contactforaddressinformation.Theapplicationmaterialswillnotbereturned.)

3.汉办将组织专家进行评审，对符合条件者择优录取。获奖者名单将于6月15日后在奖学金网站公布，同时通知接收院校和推荐机构，并由推荐机构通知申请者本人。

Hanbanwillorganizeanexpertpaneltomakethefinalselection,andpublishthenamelistofsuccessfulapplicantsontheScholarshipwebsiteafterJune15th,2015.Hanbanwillalsoinformthehostinstitutesandtherecommendinginstitutions,andtherecommendinginstitutionswillinformtheapplicants.

4．天津外国语大学将于7月1日前将《录取通知书》、《报到须知》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表）和孔子学院奖学金证书电子版等入学材料寄达推荐机构，由推荐机构转交申请者本人。

TianjinForeignStudiesUniversitywillsend“AdmissionNotice”,“EnrollmentInstructions”,“VisaApplicationFormforForeignerstoStudyinChina"(JW202Form),ConfuciusInstituteScholarshipCertificate(electronicedition)andotherrelatedmaterialstosuccessfulapplicantsthroughtheirrecommendinginstitutionsbyJuly1st,2015.

四、申请材料

申请者须登录奖学金网站，填写《孔子学院奖学金申请表》，并附上以下证明材料的电子文档：

ApplicantsmustlogontotheScholarshipwebsite,filloutthe“ConfuciusInstituteScholarshipApplicationForm”,andattachtheelectronicdocumentsofthefollowingmaterials:

1.护照照片页扫描件。

2．HSK、HSKK或BCT、BCT（口语）成绩报告。

3．高学历证明（毕业预定证明或在校学习证明，如非中文或英文证明，需提供相应的公证文件）。Notarizedhighesteducationdiplomaattained（scheduledgraduationprooforofficialproofofstudentstatus）.

4．推荐信。未建孔子学院国家的有关高校中文专业学生，须另附校长签发的推荐信。

ReferenceLetter.StudentsattendingChineselanguageprogramsofuniversitiesincountrieswithnoConfuciusInstitutesestablishedshallattachareferencelettersignedandissuedbytheuniversityPresident.

5．未满18周岁的申请者，须提交委托在华法定监护人署名的相关法律文件。

Applicationsundertheageof18shallsubmitrelevantlegaldocumentswithsignatureofentrustedlegalguardiansinChina.

6．“汉语桥”世界大、中学生中文比赛获奖者须提供由汉办颁发的奖学金证书。各国分赛区优胜者须提供获奖证明和赛区主办单位出具的推荐函。

Winnersofthe“ChineseBridge”ChineseProficiencyCompetitionsforForeignCollegeStudentsandforForeignHighSchoolStudentsinChinashallsubmitthescholarshipcertificate.Winnersofpreliminaryroundsofthe“ChineseBridge”ProficiencyCompetitionsintheircountriesshallprovideawardproofandreferenceletterprovidedbytheorganizers.

7．在职汉语教师须提交就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信。

8.接收院校所需的其他证明材料。

五、注意事项

V.Notice

1．申请单中护照用名与护照扫描件信息不一致的，或相关证明材料不全的，视为无效。

2．奖学金获得者须根据接收院校规定按时到校报到。获奖者如因故不能报到，需于报到日前15天以书面形式通知接收院校并注明原因。无故逾期未报到者，奖学金资格不予保留，且不能再次申请奖学金。

3．入学体检不合格者，奖学金资格将被取消。

1.Ifthenameonapplicationisinconsistentwiththenameontheattachedpassportscanningfile,orrelevantcertificationmaterialisincomplete,theapplicationwillbeinvalid.

2.Ifthescholarshipwinnercannotregisterforcertainreason,he/sheshallinformthehostinstitute15dayspriortheregistrationdaywithawrittenexplanation.Thosewhocannotcompleteregistrationwithoutanyreason,thescholarshipqualificationwillnotberemainedandnolongerhavethequalificationofapplyingthescholarship.

3.Scholarshipswillbecanceledforthosewhocannotpassthehealthexamination.
