1.一学年研修生

一学年研修生向孔子学院（课堂）学员，海外本土汉语教师、“汉语桥”中文比赛优胜者、大学中文专业优秀学生、HSK考试成绩优秀者和有志于从事国际汉语教育的人士提供，学习专业为汉语言文学（汉语国际教育），入学时间为2014年秋季，资助期限为1学年。申请者HSK成绩须不低于三级180分、HSKK成绩不低于初级60分。

ScholarshipforOne-AcademicYearStudents:ThescholarshipisorientedatoutstandingstudentsofConfuciusInstitutes(Classrooms),overseaslocalChineselanguageteachers,winnersofthe“ChineseBridge”ChineseProficiencyCompetitionsforForeignCollegeStudentsandforForeignHighSchoolStudents,excellentforeigncollegestudentsmajoredinChinese,outstandingperformersontheHSK,andthosewhointendtobecomeChineseteachers.ThescholarshipwinnerwillstudythemajorofChineseLanguageandLiterature（TeachingChinesetoSpeakersofOtherLanguages）atTFSU.Thetimeofentranceisautumn2014andthegranttermisoneacademicyear.Applicantsshouldachieveascoreofatleast180ontheHSK(level3)andatleast60ontheHSKK(primarylevel).

二、奖学金资助内容及标准

II.ScholarshipCoverageandCriteria

孔子学院奖学金资助内容包括：注册费、学费、基本教材费、一次性安置费、生活费，提供校内住宿和留学生综合医疗保险。其中，生活费标准是：一学期和一学年研修生人民币1400元/月。一次性安置费标准是：发给在华学习时间为一学年（含）以上者人民币1500元/人；发给在华学习时间为一学期者人民币1000元/人；录取前已在华学习半年以上者，不再发给一次性安置费。（根据汉办通知，自2014年秋季入学起，孔子学院奖学金资助标准将进行调整，新标准另行通知。）

Scholarshipwinnersareexemptfromregistrationfees,tuition,feesforbasiclearningmaterials,accommodationfeesoncampus,andareprovidedwithaone-offresettlementsubsidy,monthlylivingallowance,outpatientmedicalse***nthlylivingallowancesareatthefollowingrates(CNYYuanpermonth):

CNY1,400forOne-Academic-YearStudentsandOne-SemesterStudents.

Theone-offresettlementsubsidyisCNY1,500forstudentswhowillstudyinChinaforoneacademicyearormore;CNY1,000willbeprovidedforallstudentswhostudiesinChinaforonesemester;theone-offresettlementsubsidywillnotbeprovidedtothosewhohavestudiedinChinaformorethanhalfayearbeforebeingenrolled.（Accordingtohanbannotice,sinceautumn2014,theConfuciusInstitutescholarshipfundingstandardswillbeadjusted.Thenewstandardwillbefurtherannounced.）

三、招生流程

III.RecruitmentProcedures

1.请申请者登陆孔子学院奖学金网站（http://cis.***）注册个人账号，查询接收院校（天津外国语大学）及专业信息（汉语言文学），在线填写、提交《孔子学院奖学金申请表》。

ApplicantsshouldlogontotheConfuciusInstituteScholarshipwebsiteathttp://cis.*** http://cis.***/,setupanindividualaccount,readinformationandintroductionofhostinstitute（TianjinForeignStudiesUniversity）andmajor（ChineseLanguageandLiterature）,completeandsubmittheConfuciusInstituteScholarshipApplicationFormonline.

2.将纸质打印件连同其他材料（见“申请材料”项）一并递交推荐机构（未建孔子学院国家的高校可由学生自行寄送）。各推荐机构负责受理申请材料、择优推荐符合条件的申请者，并于5月10日前，将推荐名单汇总提交给我校孔子学院工作处，并将申请材料寄给我校（地址见“联系方式”项）。同时根据国家汉办《2014年度孔子学院奖学金招生办法》要求将推荐名单汇总提交汉办。

3.汉办将组织专家进行评审，对符合条件者择优录取。获奖者名单将于6月16日前在奖学金网站公布。

Hanbanwillorganizeanexpertpaneltomakethefinalselection,andpublishthenamelistofsuccessfulapplicantsontheScholarshipwebsitebyJune16th,2013.

4．天津外国语大学将于7月1日前将《录取通知书》、《报到须知》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表）等入学材料寄达推荐机构，由推荐机构转交申请者本人。

TianjinForeignStudiesUniversitywillpost“AdmissionNotice”,“EnrollmentInstructions”,“VisaApplicationFormforForeignerstoStudyinChina"(JW202Form)andotherrelatedmaterialstosuccessfulapplicantsthroughtheirrecommendinginstitutionsbyJuly1st,2014.

四、申请材料

申请者须登录奖学金网站，填写《孔子学院奖学金申请表》，并附上以下证明材料的电子文档：

1.护照照片页。

2．HSK、HSKK成绩报告。

3．经过公证的高学历（毕业预定证明或在校学习证明）。Notarizedhighesteducationdiplomaattained（scheduledgraduationprooforofficialproofofstudentstatus）.

4．推荐信。未建孔子学院国家的有关高校中文专业学生，须另附校长签发的推荐信。

ReferenceLetter.StudentsattendingChineselanguageprogramsofuniversitiesincountrieswithnoConfuciusInstitutesestablishedshallattachareferencelettersignedandissuedbytheuniversityPresident.

5．未满18周岁的申请者，须提交委托在华法定监护人的相关法律文件。

Applicationsundertheageof18shallsubmitrelevantlegaldocumentsofentrustedlegalguardiansinChina.

6．“汉语桥”世界大、中学生中文比赛来华复赛获奖者须提供奖学金证书。各国分赛区优胜者须提供获奖证明和赛区主办单位出具的推荐函。

Winnersofthefinalsofthe“ChineseBridge”ChineseProficiencyCompetitionsforForeignCollegeStudentsandforForeignHighSchoolStudentsinChinashallsubmitthescholarshipcertificate.Winnersofpreliminaryroundsofthe“ChineseBridge”ProficiencyCompetitionsintheircountriesshallprovideawardproofandreferenceletterprovidedbytheorganizers.

7．在职汉语教师须提交就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信。

8.接收院校所需的其他证明材料。

五、入学

V.Entrance

1．奖学金获得者须根据接收院校规定按时到校报到。无故逾期未报到者，奖学金资格不予保留。

1.Thescholarshipwinnersshallregisteratthehostinstitutesbeforethedeadlinesetbytheinstitutes.Scholarshipswillnotbekeptforthosewhodonotregisterontimewithoutreasonablecause.

2．入学体检不合格者，奖学金资格将被取消。

向孔子学院（课堂）优秀学员，“汉语桥”世界大、中学生中文比赛优胜者，海外本土汉语教师、大学中文专业优秀学生、HSK考试成绩优秀者提供，学习专业为汉语言文学（汉语国际教育），入学时间为2014年秋季或2015年春季，资助期限为1学期。申请者HSK成绩须不低于二级120分、HSKK成绩不低于初级40分。

ScholarshipforOne-SemesterStudents:ThescholarshipisorientedatexcellentstudentsofConfuciusInstitutes(Classrooms),winnersofthe“ChineseBridge”ChineseProficiencyCompetitionsforForeignCollegeStudentsandforForeignHighSchoolStudents,overseaslocalChineselanguageteachers,excellentforeigncollegestudentsmajoredinChinese,andoutstandingperformersontheHSK.ThescholarshipwinnerwillstudythemajorofChineseLanguageandLiterature（TeachingChinesetoSpeakersofOtherLanguages）atTFSU.Thetimeofentranceisautumn2014orspring2015andthegranttermisonesemester.Applicantsshouldachieveascoreofatleast120ontheHSK(level2)andatleast40ontheHSKK(primarylevel).

各类别奖学金优先资助具有HSK和HSKK成绩者。“汉语桥”比赛来华复赛获奖选手按奖项规定内容办理入学申请手续。申请者若重复提交申请材料，则视为无效。
