　　1．学生一经录取，由学校发出录取通知书和外国留学人员来华签证申请表（JW202表）或签证通知表。学生可持之去当地中国使领馆办理来华签证。

　　2．学生按照通知时间来校报道，报到时需向校方交验护照、签证，按照学校要求办理有关居留手续。注册时，需缴纳各项费用。

　　PekingUniversityHealthScienceCenterprovideselectivesforinternationalstudentswithanaimtoimprovetheirmedicalknowledgeandskillsandhelpthemhaveabetterunderstandingofChinesemedicaleducationanditsongoingdevelopment.

　　Theprogramprovidescoursesintwofields:clinicalobservationandlaboratorytechniques.Studentsarerequiredtodecidetheirinterestedcoursesbeforeadmission.Thedurationoftheprogramaverages4weeks,anditcouldbeextendedonrequest.

　　Learningfocus

　　1.??????Clinicalobservation:Thetraineeswilldoclinicalobservationinoneofthefourdepartments(internalmedicine,surgery,pediatrics,obstetricsandgynecology).Eachdepartmentwillappointaninstructortoberesponsibleforarranginglearningactivitiessuchasrotation,casediscussion,observationofsurgeriesanddemonstrations.Allactivitiesinthecourseofclinicalobservationsaretailoredtohelpthetraineestointegratetheoriesandpractice.

　　2.??????Laboratorytechniques:Toimprovestudents’creativityandcapabilityofconductionresearchunderamentor’sinstructioninalaboratory,whoprobablyisaprofessororseniorresearcheroftheuniversity.Traineesarerequiredtoparticipateinresearchesinbasicmedicine,publichealth,orpharmacology,andtheymayjointhefollowingactivitiessuchasworkshops,groupdiscussions,experimentsandlaboratorytechniquepractice.

　　Englishistheworkinglanguageinbothhospitalsandlaboratories.ButitismuchhelpfultotheirlearninginhospitalsiftraineescouldcommunicatebrieflyinChinese.

　　Admissionrequirements

　　Applicantmustbeanin-schoolmedicalstudentorotherstudentinbiomedicalfields.He/Sheshouldapplyfortheprogramthreemonthspriortothebeginningofthecourse,Informationrequestedincludedaresumeofhimself/herselfandarecommendationlettersingedbyaprofessororuniversityauthorities.
