1．《孔子学院奖学金申请表》。

2．护照照片页复印件。

3．申请陈述。须用中文介绍汉语学习背景、来华学习计划及目标等，不少于800字。

3.ApplicationStatement: statingapplicant'sChineselanguagelearningbackground,studyplanandaiminChinaItshallbewritteninChineseandnolessthan800words.

4．HSK成绩报告复印件。

5．高学历和成绩证明。申请者须提交经过公证的高学历或在校学习证明。

5.DiplomaandTranscripts.Applicantsshallsubmitnotarizedhighesteducationdiplomasattainedorproofofstudy.

6．推荐信及承诺书。未建孔子学院国家的有关高校中文专业学生，须另附校长签发的推荐信。

6.ReferenceLetterandLetterofCommitment.StudentsattendingChineselanguageprogramsofuniversitiesincountrieswithnoConfuciusInstitutesestablishedshallattachareferencelettersignedandissuedbytheuniversityPresident.

7．未满18周岁的申请者，须提交委托在华法定监护人的相关法律文件。

8．“汉语桥”世界大、中学生中文比赛来华复赛获奖者须提供奖学金证书复印件和驻外使（领）馆教育、文化处（组）出具的推荐函。各国分赛区优胜者须提供获奖证明和赛区主办单位出具的推荐函。

8.Winnersofthefinalsofthe“ChineseBridge”ChineseProficiencyCompetitionsforForeignCollegeStudentsandforForeignHighSchoolStudentsinChinashallsubmittheduplicateofscholarshipcertificateandreferenceletterprovidedbyeducationalandculturaloffices(sections)ofChineseembassies(consulates).Winnersofpreliminaryroundsofthe“ChineseBridge”ProficiencyCompetitionsintheircountriesshallprovideawardproofandreferenceletterprovidedbytheorganizers.
