1、培养目标

本专业培养德、智、体、美全面发展，掌握现代焊接技术、切割工艺和自动化、智能化焊接技术领域必备的基础理论知识和专业知识，具备从事焊接技术操作、焊接工艺编制与实施、焊接结构质量检验与焊接技术管理的实际工作的基本能力和基本技能，能胜任事焊、割操作人员、焊接工艺设计与编制人员、焊接质量检验、焊接生产技术管理、焊接设备营销及售后服务工作，具有良好的团队精神、协作精神和创新创业精神的技术技能人才。

2、就业方向

毕业生主要从事船舶制造、修造企业单位焊、割操作人员、焊接工艺设计与编制人员、焊接夹具设计人员、焊接质量检测人员、以及焊接生产技术管理人员、焊接设备营销及售后服务人员等工作。

1、Training objectives

This major plays a very important role in training students’ all-round development and making students master the professional theories in modern welding technology, cutting technology and automation, intelligent welding technology. It can also provide the essential skills in welding operation, welding technology establishment and implementation, welding structure quality inspection and welding technology management so that students are able to qualify for the associated jobs, such as welding and cutting operation, welding process design and establishment, welding quality inspection, welding production technology management, welding equipment marketing and after-service work, etc. In addition, students should be trained to have good team-work spirit as well as good innovation and entrepreneurship.

2、Employment Orientation

Graduates in this major are mainly engaged in the following jobs, such as shipbuilding, welding and cutting in building and repairing enterprises, welding process design and establishment, welding jig design, welding quality inspection, welding production technology management, welding equipment marketing and after-service work, etc.
