人才培养目标:本专业立足南京、面向江苏,着眼金融行业基层岗位,为地方金融机构培养德智体美全面发展的, 既掌握金融理论,又熟悉金融业务,具备良好的职业道德、心理素质和健康的体魄,具备自主学习能力,能胜任金融机构柜面操作、客户服务、理财顾问和金融营销等基层岗位工作的技术技能型人才。
就业方向:从事银行、证券、保险、小额贷款公司或融资公司等各类金融企业的操作岗(柜员、客服)、投资理财、授信管理、金融营销(客户经理、理财经理)等工作,亦可从事金融企业内外勤、基层管理(会计、财务、信息统计)等工作。
专业特色:我校金融管理专业自2009年9月开设,已有近10年的办学经验,教学团队专兼职结合,拥有教授1名,副教授4名,省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师培养对象1名,兼职教师大多为金融企业培训专家或业务能手,有丰富的金融专业从业经验。
本专业校内实训条件较完善,建有一个金融投资模拟实训室,涵盖银行、证券、金融业务技能等实训项目,另外还依托基础会计、财务管理、电子商务、OFFICE办公软件应用等实验室资源开设实践教学,校内实训基地基本能涵盖专业核心课程实训、单项技能实训、岗位仿真实训、综合毕业实习等不同层次的实验、实训。
本专业还建有江苏领航人才开发有限公司、中国银行江苏分行营业部等多家校外实践基地,另外还与金蝶、用友、世格等国内及南京地区知名企业深度合作,搭建了校内外相结合的立体化实践教学平台,为学生提供实践训练平台,或提供校外实习实训场所和岗位。
为促进学生技能水平、职业素养的提升,本专业在教学中推行学历与职业证书并重的“双证”制度,成立了金融理财达人社团,每年举办校内金融业务技能竞赛,组织指导学生参加全国和省级专业技能竞赛,并多次获得奖项,形成了“以赛促学”的良好氛围,丰富了学生“第二课堂”活动。

This major is based on Nanjing, Jiangsu province oriented, focus on the basic jobs in the financial industry, whose aim is to cultivate skilled graduates with full development in morality, intelligence, physique, for local financial enterprises, who will not only have the financial theory, but also be familiar with the financial business, possessing good professional ethics, physical and psychological condition, besides, they possess self-learning ability and be capable for financial institutions counter operations, customer service, financial advisers, financial marketing and other grass-roots positions.
Career Orientation
Graduates can engage in operation positions (bank teller, customer service) like investment management, credit management, financial marketing (account manager and wealth manager) or similar positions in various financial enterprises such as banks, securities, insurance, microfinance institutions or financing companies, graduates also can work on internal and external jobs, grassroots management (accounting, finance, information statistics) and other jobs in financial enterprises.
Major Features
The financial management major of our school opened since September 2009, nearly 10 years of school experience, combine part-time and full-time teaching team which has 1 professor, 4 associate professors, 1 province level “Qinglan project training teacher, most part-time teachers are training experts or business experts in financial enterprises who have rich experience in financial major.
Practical training facilities are prefect in this major, a financial investment simulation training room is built, including practical training programs such as banking, securities and financial business skills. In addition, practical teaching classes have been set up based on basic accounting, financial management, E-commerce, Office software applications and other resources in laboratory. In campus practical training facilities can cover different levels of experiment and practical training, for example professional core curriculum training, single skill training, position simulation training, comprehensive graduation practice and so forth.
This major has a number of off campus practical training facilities as well, such as Jiangsu LeaderHR development Co., Ltd., Bank of China Jiangsu Branch and so forth, we arecooperating with YonYou, UFIDA, Desunsoft and other famous enterprises in Nanjing and China to setup a three-dimensional in and off campus practical teaching platform, this platform is provided for students practical training, practical training places and internship positions also be provided to students.
In order to promote the improvement of students' skill level and professional accomplishment, the DualCertificates system is carried out in the course of teaching, we have a financial & wealth managementsociety, inside of our school, a financial skills competition is held annually by this society, we also guide students to participate in national and provincial professional skills competitions and won numerous awards, formed a “Competition Promotes Learning” environment, enrich students “second class” activities.
