一、学校概况

合肥幼儿师范高等专科学校是公办全日制普通高等师范专科学校，具有高等学历教育招生资格，学生在校完成专业规定的课程后，颁发中华人民共和国普通高等学校专科学历证书。

学校位于安徽省省会合肥，是安徽省首批“地方技能型高水平大学”立项建设单位、安徽省高等职业教育发展标杆校、安徽省首批招收国际留学生专科院校、教育部“职业教育优质案例”学校。2018年以来，学校荣获职业教育国家级教学成果二等奖、全国职业院校教师教学能力大赛一等奖、全国职业院校技能大赛“学前教育”赛项二等奖。 学校现有在校生近7000人，设有学前教育系、艺术系、社会管理与服务系、公共教学部、思想政治理论课教研部5个教学系部，共有学前教育、早期教育、特殊教育、音乐教育、美术教育、舞蹈教育、艺术教育、艺术设计、舞蹈表演、小学教育、小学英语教育、图书档案管理、婴幼儿托育服务与管理、酒店管理与数字化运营、大数据技术、智慧健康养老服务与管理专业16个招生专业，其中学前教育、特殊教育、美术教育为国家级骨干专业。学前教育系教师团队入选首批国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队。 学校坚持开放办学，与韩国顺天乡大学、韩国又松大学、韩国又松信息大学、韩国济州汉拿大学、英国奇切斯特大学、美国布隆菲尔德学院、美国林肯学院，以及台湾地区元培医事科技大学、敏惠医护管理专科学校、中原大学，新加坡人民行动党社区基金人事部等在合作办学、教师访学、学生交流和就业等方面开展密切合作，建立了友好合作关系。 经过40多年的发展，学校在全国享有良好的声誉，受到教育部、人力资源和社会保障部、环境保护部等国家部委多次表彰，享有 “安徽省幼儿园园长摇篮”的美誉。 

  二、招生专业 

 （一）专业名称：学前教育 

 （二）学制：3-5年（实行春季和秋季双学期） 

 （三）招生对象：“一带一路”国家非中国籍公民 

 （四）招生人数：20-30人（含预科生） 

  三、入学要求 

（一）根据《中华人民共和国国籍法》持有有效护照的非中国籍公民，自愿来华学习并遵守中华人民共和国法律法规和学校规章制度，尊重本地风俗习惯。 （

二）年满18周岁，高中及以上学历，中文语言能力达到《国际汉语能力标准》四级水平；如未达到《国际汉语能力标准》四级水平，可申请预科学习0.5-1年后再进入专科阶段学习。 

 （三）身体健康，无传染性疾病。 

 （四）符合中华人民共和国《普通高等学校招生体检工作指导意见》中学前教育专业的相关要求。（具体要求见附件4） 

  四、费用 

 （一）申请费：免收 

 （二）学费：9000元RMB/生/年 

 （三）住宿费：1200元RMB/生/年（两人间） 

 （四）书本费：免收 

 （五）保险费：约800元RMB/人/年，根据相关部门收费标准缴纳，有浮动 

  五、奖助学金及资助政策 

 （一）“留学合肥”政府奖学金，金额为40000元RMB/年 学校帮助符合条件的学生申请 “留学合肥”政府奖学金。“留学合肥”政府奖学金每年评定一次，每人每年一次申请机会，申请条件以“留学合肥”政府奖学金申请规定为准。 获得“留学合肥”政府奖学金的学生须缴纳学费、住宿费、保险费等各项费用且不再享受学校各类奖助学金及资助政策。 未获得“留学合肥”政府奖学金的学生可享受学校奖学金、助学金及资助政策。 

 （二）学校奖学金 

 1.语言奖学金：入学申请者拥有HSK五级证书可申请5000元语言奖学金；入学申请者拥有HSK四级证书可申请4000元语言奖学金；入学申请者拥有HSK三级证书可申请2000元奖学金。

 2.学业优秀奖学金：每学年对学生学业成绩及在校表现进行评定，分为一、二、三等学业奖学金，分别各占班级人数的15%、25%、30%；一等奖学金3000元/年、二等奖学金2000元/年，三等奖学金1000元/年。 3.突出进步奖：在中文学习方面表现突出的学生，HSK等级考试提高一级可申请突出进步奖1000元。

 （三）学校助学金 免收学费、住宿费，提供国际学生保险费、入境后体检费及居留许可等证件办理费用。其他费用自理。 

 （四）勤工俭学资助政策： 学校为家庭困难的国际学生提供勤工俭学岗位，完成岗位任务可获得500元/生/月的资助。

  六、教学形式 

 （一）学校根据疫情发展情况，采取线上线下相结合的授课方式：疫情期间以线上教学为主；疫情后进行线下教学。 

 （二）为加强汉语教学，学校将为班级配备相应的语言助教。 

  七 、申请流程 

 （一）个人网上提交申请材料电子版以扫描件形式发送电子邮箱hfpecinternational@***，申请材料包括： 

 1.填写《国际学生入学申请表》（附件1）

 2.申请人本人护照

 3.申请人本人高中毕业证书及高中阶段学业成绩证明（中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文） 

 4.申请人本人汉语水平考试证明 

 5.来华学习计划（不少于 800 字）,包括但不限于个人学习和工作经历、学习计划、毕业后的个人发展目标等（用中文或英文书写）； 

 6.推荐信，需包含如下信息：推荐人职称/职务、工作单位、联系电话、email及推荐人签名（中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文）； 

 7.有效期(六个月)内的体检报告，申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》（附件2，须用英文填写）中要求的项目进行检查，需提供血液检查的详细报告，缺项、未贴本人照片或照片未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效；原件请于来华时随身携带； 

 8.无犯罪记录证明（中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文）； 

 9.填写《监护人保证书》（附件3） （二）学校招生办公室对申请者资料进行审查，对符合条件者，寄发《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202）。

Guide to Application for Three-year College Program Admission

at Hefei Preschool Education College in 2022

I. About Hefei Preschool Education College

Hefei Preschool Education College (HPEC) is a public full-time normal college authorized to enroll, educate and confer college degrees to students. Students will be conferred a college graduation certificate of the People’s Republic of China after they complete all courses required.

Located in Hefei, the capital of Anhui Province, HPEC is a college in the list of Anhui Provincial Program to be constructed into a skill-oriented high-level university, a benchmark for higher vocational education in Anhui, a pioneer among colleges in Anhui to recruit international students, and a model college in vocational education recognized by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. HPEC has been awarded a Class-II prize in the National Evaluation of Outstanding Achievements in Education, a Class-I prize at the National Teaching Ability Competition for Vocational College Teachers, and a Class-II prize for its preschool education at the National Vocational College Skills Competition since 2018.
With nearly 7,000 faculty members and students, HPEC has five departments, namely, preschool education, arts, social management and service, public teaching and political theories. Under these departments are 16 programs, namely preschool education, early childhood education, special education, music education, fine arts education, dance education, art education, art design, dance performance, elementary education, elementary English education, library and archives management, infant and child care service and management, hotel management and digital operation, big data technology, smart health care service and management for seniors, among which, preschool education, special education and fine arts education are the national key programs. The preschool education team was among the first to be listed as a national teaching innovation team for vocational education.
With great importance attached to international exchanges and cooperation, HPEC has established close, friendly and cooperative relations with Soonchunhyang University, Woosong University, Woosong College, and Cheju Halla University in the Republic of Korea, University of Chichester in the UK, Bloomfield College and Lincoln Academy in the US, and the Personnel Department of Singapore People’s Action Party Community Fund, as well as Yuanpei University of Medical Technology, Min-Hwei College of Health Care Management, and Chung Yuan Christian University in Taiwan Province. The activities carried out by the college and its international counterparts include cooperative school running, bilateral academic visits by teachers, student exchanges and employment promotion.
Over the past 41 years since its establishment, HPEC has been commended by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, establishing a good reputation nationwide. HPEC has been acclaimed as the cradle of kindergarten principals in Anhui.
II. Program offered to international students

III. Eligibility Requirements
1.Non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport as per the Nationality Law of the People’s Republic of China are eligible for application. Applicants must apply of their own accord, abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, comply with the rules and regulations of HPEC, and respect local customs.
2.Applicants must be aged over 18, holding a high school diploma or above, and a Chinese proficiency certificate of HSK Band 4 or above. Those without such a certificate may attend preparatory courses for half to one year before starting college education.
3.Applicants must be in good health without any infectious disease.
4.Applicants must meet the requirements for the preschool education program stipulated in the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Students in General Institutions of Higher Learning of the People’s Republic of China. (See Appendix 4)
IV. Tuition Fee
1. Application: free 2.Tuition: 9,000 yuan RMB/student/year 3.Accommodation: 1,200 yuan RMB/student/year (double room) 4.Textbooks: free 5.Insurance: about 800 yuan RMB/person/year, according to the charging standards of relevant departments, with a floating rate.
V. Scholarship and Bursary Policies
1.“Study in Hefei” Government Scholarship: 40,000 RMB/year
HPEC helps eligible students apply for the “Study in Hefei” government scholarship. The scholarship is awarded once a year, and each person has one opportunity for application a year. The criteria are specified in the application regulations.
Students who receive the scholarship must pay for tuition, accommodation and insurance and they are not eligible for college scholarships and grants.
Those who fail to gain the scholarship can enjoy college scholarships, bursaries and other grants.
***llege Scholarship
(1)Language proficiency scholarship Successful applicants holding a Chinese proficiency certificate of HSK Band 5, Band 4 or Band 3 may apply for a language proficiency scholarship respectively for RMB 5,000, RMB 4,000 or RMB 2,000.  
(2)Academic Excellence Scholarship According to the evaluation of the academic achievements and performance of the students at school, three levels of annual scholarships will be awarded to students: Class I, RMB 3,000, Class II, RMB 2,000, and Class III, RMB 1,000. The percentages of the students winning the scholarships in a class are designed to take 15 percent, 25 percent, and 30 percent respectively.
(3)Outstanding Progress Scholarship Those students who achieve outstanding progress in learning Chinese may apply for an outstanding progress scholarship of RMB 1,000 upon each band upgrading in the HSK tests.
3.School Bursary
Tuition and accommodation are free of charge. Insurance, health checkup, handling of residence permit after entering China are covered for international students. Other expenses are paid by the students.
***-study Financial Aid Policy
International students whose families are in difficulty will be provided work-study positions. Those fulfilling specified tasks will get living subsidy of 500 yuan per month.
VI. About Teaching
1.Based on the development of the epidemic situation, the school adopted a combination of online and offline teaching methods. During the epidemic, online teaching is the main method. Offline teaching will be adopted after the epidemic.
2.In order to strengthen Chinese teaching, the school will provide corresponding language assistants for each class.
VII. Application Procedure
1.Applicants must submit the electronic version of the application materials online, and send the scanned copies to hfpecinternational@***. The application materials include the following :
(1)A filled “International Student Application Form” (Appendix 1)
(2)Applicant’s passport
(3)Applicant’s high school graduation certificate and high school transcripts (for documents in languages other than Chinese and English, attach notarized Chinese or English translations)
(4)Proof of Chinese Proficiency Test result
(5)Study plan in China (not less than 800 words), including but not limited to education and work experience, study plan, and personal goals after graduation (in Chinese or English)
(6)Recommendation letter, covering the recommender’s title/position, employer, contact number, email and signature (for letters in languages other than Chinese and English, attach notarized Chinese or English translations)
(7)Physical checkup report within the validity period (six months). The applicant should strictly follow the Foreigner Physical Check Form (Appendix 2, which must be filled in English), and provide a detailed report of the blood examination. A Foreigner Physical Check Form with any item unfilled, no photo of the applicant or photo unsealed on the perforation, no signature and stamp by the doctor and the hospital, is invalid. Bring the original form when the applicant comes to China.
(8)No criminal record certificate (if the certificate is in languages other than Chinese or English, attach a notarized Chinese or English translation)
(9)A filled Custody Release Form (Appendix 3)
2.After reviewing the applicants’ documents, the admissions office will send to those who meet the requirements an Admission Letter and a Visa Application Form for Foreign Students to China (JW202).
