天津市外国留学生政府奖学金招生简章

为进一步促进天津市高等学校外国留学生教育的发展，促进高校人才培养、科学研究、社会服务以及文化交流工作，天津市教育委员会设立天津市外国留学生政府奖学金，我校为承担此奖学金的院校之一，向优秀自费来华留学生提供此奖学金名额。

一、奖学金类别：

优秀本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生部分奖学金二、奖学金标准：

本科生2万元、硕士研究生3万元、博士研究生3.8万，第一学年一次性提供。三、专业：

学历教育所有专业（具体请查询国际学生招生简章）四、申请人资格：

（一）申请人须为非中国籍公民，身体健康；

（二）申请人的学历和年龄要求：

1. 申请人就读本科生，应具有高中毕业证或同等水平学历，年龄在30 周岁以下；

2. 申请人就读硕士研究生，应具有学士学位，年龄在35 周岁以下；

3. 申请人就读博士研究生，应具有硕士学位，年龄在40 周岁以下；

（三）申请人的语言水平要求：

申请人应具有学校规定的入学汉语水平，并提供相关证明，如HSK证书、其他汉语学习和考试证书等。英语授课专业申请者需提供英语语言或学习证明；

（四）申请人未同时申请其他形式的奖学金。

（一）《天津市外国留学生政府奖学金申请表》（请用电脑逐项填写，勿手写，手签签名）；

（二）有效期内护照复印件；

（三）经过公证的高学历证明、毕业证书或学位证书和学习成绩单的复印件和翻译件（中文或英文）；

（四）两封推荐信：硕士、博士申请人的两名推荐者均需具有副教授及以上职称；

（五）《外国人体格检查表》；无居留许可的申请人，需提供当年的体检记录；持有效期内居留许可的申请人，可提供当年的体检记录或由学校出具健康证明，并提供申请人居留许可复印件。

Tianjin Government Scholarship

In order to promote foreign exchanges, training of talents, scientific research, community service and cultural communication of Tianjin’s colleges and universities, Tianjin Municipal Education Commission has set up Tianjin Government Scholarship for international students. Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TUTCM) is one of the universities supporting this scholarship.

I. Categories

Partial scholarship for outstanding students who is applying Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or Doctoral degree.

II. Standards

Bachelor’s degree student: 20,000 RMB for the first year. Master’s degree student: 30,000 RMB for the first year.

Doctoral degree student: 38,000 RMB for the first year.

III. Majors

Majors related to degree education (for detailed information, please refer to our Application Introduction for International Students).

IV. Applicant Requirements

1) Non-Chinese Citizen; in good health

2) Requirements on applicants’ academic background and ages

1. Bachelor’s degree applicants: senior high school diploma or with equivalent certificate, under the age of 30.

2. Master’s degree applicants: bachelor’s degree, under the age of 35.

3. Doctoral degree applicants: master’s degree, under the age of 40.

3) Language Proficiency

The applicants should meet the language requirements of TUTCM, and provide relevant certifications: HSK certificate or other certificates on Chinese Language test. English program applicants should provide English language certificates or certificates on studying English.

4) Applicants are not allowed to apply for other kinds of scholarship at the same time.
