1.汉语言进修生项目Short-Term Chinese Language Program
（1）汉语言进修生班（线上网络教学）：该项目旨在保障中国新冠疫情常态化防控期间学院来华国际学生教育的持续发展，在无法正常实现在校线下教学的情况下，针对报读我院学习汉语、符合我院招生条件，且近阶段由于全球疫情的原因无法正式报到进入我院学习的国际学生，免费开设线上网络汉语言教学课程。待中国政府制定出台相关规定后，符合我院招生条件且已经完成线上网络汉语言学习的国际学生，将优先获得录取资格，到我院进行语言或者专业学习。
(1) Short-Term Chinese Language Program (Online Teaching)
This program aims to ensure the continuous development of the education of international students in China during the normalization of the prevention and control of epidemic (COVID-19) in China. In the case that offline teaching cannot be achieved normally in the recent stage, international students who are enrolled in Guiyang Vocational and Technical College (hereinafter referred to as GVTC) and meet the college admission requirements, whereas cannot officially register to study, can learn online Chinese language teaching courses offered by GVTCFOR FREE. International students who meet the enrollment requirements of GVTC and have completed online Chinese language learning will be given priority to obtain admission qualifications and attend language or diploma education in GVTC until relevant regulations are formulated and issued by the Chinese government.

2.专业预科生项目Preparatory Diploma Education Program
该项目针对报读我院进行汉语言学习（1学年）和专业学习（3学年）、符合我院招生条件的国际学生（共4学年）。在第一年汉语言学习阶段，与“语言进修生项目”的国际学生一起，完成线上网络汉语学习，达到下列“高职专科学历生项目”条件的，方可进入专业学习。
This program offered by GVTC for the qualified applicants includes 1-year Chinese language learning plus 3-year diploma education (4 years in all). For the 1styear’s Chinese language learning, the applicants will study online with other international students of the Short-Term Chinese Language Program. Students who complete 1-year Chinese language learning and meets the requirements of following “Diploma Education Program” will be allowed to study for further diploma education in another 3 years.

3.高职专科学历生项目Diploma Education Program
该项目旨在针对中国新冠疫情常态化防控期间，报读我院进行专业学习、符合我院招生条件、获得汉语HSK3级及以上证书（部分专业需HSK4级及以上）、已在中国境内且满足报到需具备的疫情防控条件的国际学生。具体招收专业如下：
During the normalization of the prevention and control of epidemic (COVID-19) in China, GVTC offers this program for the qualified applicants who have already stayed in China with HSK 3 or above (some majors require HSK 4 or above) and meet the epidemic prevention and control conditions required for registration. 4. “澜沧江-湄公河沿岸国家轨道交通技能人才培训”项目
Rail Transit Skills Training Program for Talentsfrom Lancang-Mekong Area
该项目主要面向澜湄沿岸国家（含泰国、缅甸、老挝、越南、柬埔寨），申请者进行线上专业技能培训。该项目只接受澜沧江-湄公河沿岸国家教育部门或合作院校的团体报名，不接受个人报名。具体培训时间以与合作机构商议结果为准。类别如下：
This program provides professional rail transit skills training for government officials, college teachers and students from five countries along Lancang-Mekong River, including Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia. GVTC acceptsGROUP APPLICATIONS ONLYfrom the educational organizations or partner colleges from countries mentioned above. The detailed schedule is subject to the negotiation between cooperation partners. Two types of training for this program are listed as following:
（1）第一批培训：
培训对象：泰国、老挝、缅甸、柬埔寨、越南轨道交通领域官员、轨道交通领域工作人员、轨道交通专业教师30人左右。
培训周期：2周

1.为持有国外有效护照的外籍公民；
A foreign citizen with a valid passport.
2.年满18周岁，不超过25岁；
Between 18-25 years old.
3.具有高中及以上学历；
Graduate of Senior High School or above.
4.身体健康，符合国家颁布的“外国来华国际学生健康检查标准”；
Be in good health physically and meet the “Health Examination Standard for International Students” issued by the government of China.
5. 对华态度友好，无犯罪记录，且愿意遵守中国的法律法规及贵阳职业技术学院校纪校规，尊重中国的社会公德和风俗习惯。
No criminal record, and be willing to abide by the laws and regulations of P.R.C. and GVTC and respect Chinese social moralities and customs with friendly attitude towards China.

（1）护照个人信息页扫描件 Scanned Copy of Valid Passport
①申请者若为多次入境中国，须提供签证或过往居留许可扫描件。
Applicant who has multiple entry to China is required to offer the scanning copies of visa and past resident permit.
②申请者父母双方或一方若为中国公民并定居在外国，本人出生时即具有外国国籍的，不具有中国国籍，除符合我院其他报名资格外，还应持有有效的外国护照或国籍证明文件4年（含）以上，且持有近4年之内在外国实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在外国居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）。
In addition to meeting other required qualifications of GVTC, applicant who was born in a foreign country and has a non-P.R.C. nationality due to his/her parent(s) is/are Chinese citizen(s) but settle(s) in a foreign country, has to offer more than 4 years’ valid foreign passport or nationality proof documentary and also the records of actual residence in a foreign country for more than 2 years in the last 4 years. (NOTE: Actual residence in a foreign country for 9 months in a year can be calculated as one year, subject to entry and exit stamps.)
③对移民并获得外国国籍后的申请者，要求与上述第②种情况的申请者一致。
For applicant who has obtained the foreign nationality as an emigrant, the requirement is consistent with that of the applicant in the 2nditem mentioned above.
（2）高学历证书扫描件Scanned Copy of the Highest Academic Degree
①非英文文本的须提供原毕业学校或翻译机构加盖公章的中文/英文翻译件（首选中文翻译）。
The highest academic diploma of Non-English version is required to be translated into Chinese or English (Chinese version is preferred) with an official seal of the original graduate school or a translation agency.
②还未获得毕业证书的应届毕业生，须提交就读学校出具的毕业证明，非英文文本的须提供原毕业学校或翻译机构加盖公章的中文/英文翻译件（首选中文翻译）。
New graduate who has not yet obtained a graduation certificate when applying for GVTC is required to offer official Expected Graduation Letter issued by the applicant’s school. The letter of Non-English version is required to be translated into Chinese or English (Chinese version is preferred) with an official seal of the original graduate school or a translation agency.
（3）高学历学习成绩单扫描件Scanned copy of the highest academic transcript
非英文文本的须提供原毕业学校或翻译机构加盖公章的中文/英文翻译件（首选中文翻译）。
The transcript of Non-English version is required to be translated into Chinese or English (Chinese version is preferred) with an official seal of the original graduate school or a translation agency.
（4）《外国人体格检查证明》扫描件Scanned Copy of “Physical Examination Record for Foreigner”.
①申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。
Applicant is required to strictly follow the required items listed in thePhysical Examination Record for Foreigner (hereinafter referred to as “Record”) to conduct examinations.
②缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《体格检查表》无效，体检结果有效期为6个月。
The Record with items missing, no photo of the applicant himself, or no seal on the photo, and no signature and seal of the physician and hospital, is invalid. The result of the physical examination is valid for 6 months.
（5）无犯罪记录证明扫描件Scanned Copy of No Criminal Record Certificate
①证明内容需注明有效期，若未注明，则该证明自签发之日起生效，有效期为 6个月。
Period of validity should be indicated in the No Criminal Record Certificate (hereinafter referred to as “Certificate”). If it is not specified, the certificate will be effective from the date of issuance and the validity period is 6 months.
②非英文文本的须提供出具证明的机构或翻译机构加盖公章的中文/英文翻译件（首选中文翻译）。
The certificate of non-English version is required to be translated into Chinese or English (Chinese version is preferred) with an official seal of the agency that issues the certificate or a translation agency.
（6）银行存款证明Scanned Copy of Bank Statement
①银行出具申请者近3个月2.5万元人民币及以上存款证明扫描件。
Scanned copy of the applicant’s deposit certificate of RMB 25,000 and above in the past 3 months issued by the bank.
②非英文文本的须提供翻译机构加盖公章的中文/英文翻译件（首选中文翻译）。
The Bank Statement of Non-English version is required to be translated into Chinese or English (Chinese version is preferred) with an official seal of a translation agency.
（7）申请者若为其他中国高校转校学生，须提交原学校的学习评价、推介信或转学证明。
Applicantwhois a transfer student from another Chinese college must submit study evaluation, recommendation letter or transfer certificate issued by the original college.
（8）申请报读高职专科学历生项目的申请者，须提供汉语HSK3级及以上证书扫描件。
Applicant who applies for the Diploma Education Program is required to offer a scanned copy of HSK 3 or above Certificate.
（9）个人证件照电子版：白底2寸免冠照。

（10）个人承诺书扫描件Scanned Copy of Personal Commitment
①个人承诺填写的申请内容和上传的附件材料真实有效，否则自行承担相关责任。
Applicant is required to promise in Personal Commitment that the application information and the uploaded documentary are true and valid, otherwise he shall bear the relevant responsibilities.
②承诺书须本人签字。

（1）优秀来黔国际学生奖学金Scholarship for Outstanding International Students in Guizhou Province
贵州省教育厅向贵州省国际学生招生资格院校提供部分奖学金和专项奖学金，用于资助贵州高校直接遴选和招收的国际学生。
Guizhou Provincial Department of Education offers partial or special scholarships to support the outstanding international students selected by colleges in Guizhou Province.
（2）黔老国际学生奖学金 Scholarship for Lao International Students Studying in Guizhou Province
根据贵州省教育厅与老挝教育体育部签订的合作协议，向老挝籍国际学生提供全额奖学金，申请人应向老挝教育体育部提出申请，具体方案由贵州省教育厅与老挝教育体育部商定。
According to the cooperation agreement signed between Guizhou Provincial Department of Education and the Ministry of Education and Sports, Laos (MOES, Laos), full scholarships are provided to Lao international students. Applicants should apply to the MOES, Laos. The specific scholarship plan will be negotiated by Guizhou Provincial Department of Education and MOES, Laos.
（3）贵州省东南亚奖学金Scholarship for International Students from Southeast Asia
根据贵州省教育厅与东南亚教育部长组织（SEAMEO）达成的合作共识，由贵州省教育厅和贵州高校联合向东南亚国家国际学生提供全额奖学金或部分奖学金。
According to the consensus reached by Guizhou Provincial Department of Education and SEAMEO, Guizhou Provincial Department of Education and colleges in Guizhou provides full or partial scholarship jointly for the international students from Southeast Asia.
（4）贵州省中国-东盟海上丝绸之路奖学金 China-ASEAN Maritime Silk Road Scholarship of Guizhou Province
该奖学金项目属于“中国-东盟海上丝绸之路奖学金”。贵州省教育厅向东盟国家的国际学生提供部分奖学金。
As part of “China-ASEAN Maritime Silk Road Scholarship”, Guizhou Provincial Department of Education provides partial scholarship for international students from ASEAN countries.

（2）贵阳职业技术学院免学费规定 Tuition-Free Regulations of GVTC
由合作教育机构、院校推荐的优秀高中及以上毕业生免除学生专业学习阶段的学费，须在校学习汉语6个月以上，汉语学习阶段费用自理。
International graduates of senior high school or above recommended by partner colleges or educational organizations are exempted from tuition during the study for diploma education on condition that they study Chinese language in GVTC for at least 6 months during which all the cost shall be covered by themselves.
