2021-2022Chinese Government Scholarship—Chinese University Program
“中国高校自主招生项目”系向中国部分省、自治区的省级教育行政部门和部分中国高校提供的全额奖学金，用于部分中国高校直接遴选和招收优秀的外国青年学生来华攻读研究生学位。陕西师范大学是中国政府奖学金自主招生院校。
Chinese Government Scholarship—Chinese University Program is a full scholarship established by the Ministry of Education in China to support Chinese universities in specific provinces or autonomous regions to enroll outstanding international students for graduate studies in China. Shaanxi Normal University is one of the universities receiving international students under this program.
(一) 奖学金类别Supporting Categories
按学生类别分为硕士研究生奖学金、博士研究生奖学金。
This scholarship only supports master’s students for no more than 3 years or doctoral students for no more than 4 years.
(二) 奖学金期限 Duration of the Scholarship
按要求进行汉语补习的中国政府奖学金生，应在汉语补习结束时取得规定的HSK等级证书方可转入专业学习。对在规定汉语补习期限内未能通过考核者，允许转入专业试读一年，但必须在此期间获得规定的HSK等级证书，如仍未能取得证书，将作为进修生结业回国。
The Chinese Government Scholarship students who require one year Chinese training should be aware that it is required to pass HSK after one-year Chinese training. Those who do not pass HSK can continue to study their major for one year, during this period if they still do not passthe exams, the students must return to their countries as non-degree students.
(三) 授课语言 Instruction Language
我校所有专业均为中文授课。
英文授课博士专业有教育学、化学、计算机软件与技术、材料学。
英文授课硕士专业有中国哲学、历史文化遗产与保护、中国发展与治理。
All programs are Chinese-taught programs.
There are four PhD English taught programs--Education,Chemistry,Computer Software and Technology,Materials Science.
There are three master English taught programs--Chinese Philosophy, Cultural Relics Protection Materials,China’s Development and Governance.
(四) 奖学金内容 Scholarship Coverage
●免注册费
●免学费
●提供免费校内住宿
●提供奖学金生活费：硕士研究生3000元/月；博士研究生3500元/月。
●提供来华留学生综合医疗保险：在指定保险公司投保，承担学生大病住院的住院费用、住院看护费、死亡赔付等，可由第三方垫付费用。
This is a full scholarship which covers
●Registration fee waiver
●Tuition waiver
●Free accommodation on campus
●Stipend：Master RMB 3000yuan per month; PhD RMB 3500yuan per month
●Medical insurance：Designated Insurance Company shall undertake the following insurance liabilities during the period of insurance, Death insurance, accidental disability insurance, Medical Insurance for Accidental Injury, Outpatient and Emergency Medical Insurance, Hospitalization and Medical Insurance.

(六) 申请条件 Eligibility
1.非中国籍公民，身体健康；
2.学历和年龄要求：
●来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35周岁；
●来华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40周岁。
3.语言要求：
(1)中文授课专业
●文科类：申请时需通过HSK4级考试，一经录取，一年汉语补习之后需取得HSK5级证书，方可进入专业学习（申请时已有HSK5级证书可直接进入专业学习，无需汉语补习）；
●理工科类以及艺术类：一经录取，一年汉语补习之后需取得HSK4级证书，方可进入专业学习（申请时已有HSK4级证书可直接进入专业学习，无需汉语补习）；
(2)英文授课专业
●除英语为母语的申请人外，其它申请人需提供有效的英文水平证书（雅思成绩不低于6.0，托福成绩不低于60，或相应的英文水平证明）。从我校毕业时中文水平需达到HSK3级。
4.优先录取已有科研成果或各类奖励的申请人。
To be eligible, applicants must:
-be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health;
-Master’s degree applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and be under the age of 35;
-Doctoral degree applicants must have a master’s degree and be under the age of 40.
-Language Requirements:
(1) Chinese-taught Programs:
● Humanities: Applicants should have passed HSK4 when apply. Once enrolled, one-year Chinese training is required. After achieving HSK5 certificate, applicants can study in their major. (Applicants who already have HSK5 certificate don’t need one-year Chinese training.);
●Science and Arts(Music, Fine Art,etc.): Once enrolled, one-year Chinese training is required. After achieving HSK4 certificate, applicants can study in their major. (Applicants who already have HSK4 certificate don’t need one-year Chinese training.);
(2) English-taught Programs:
Except for native English speakers, all other applicants are required to provide a valid English level certificate (IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 60, or other corresponding level of English proficiency certificate) . Students are required to pass HSK3 when they graduate from SNNU.
-Applicants who have research results or who have recieved awards will be prioritized for admission.
(七) 申请与录取流程 Application Procedure
1.申请人须登录“国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统”，网上填写申请信息。留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统的网址为 https://studyinchina.***.cn/#/login，陕西师范大学机构代码：10718，留学项目种类为B；
2.申请人须登录“陕西师范大学国际学生在线服务系统”（网址：https://snnu.***/），网上填写申请信息；
3.进行材料初审、面试及学校综合评定，择优录取；
4.经国家留学基金委审核确定后由陕西师范大学于2021年7月-8月期间网上公布终录取单名；
5.中国政府奖学金项目申请者，如果未获得该项奖学金，该申请者将自动被列入陕西师范大学国际学生奖学金申请者名单，无需再次申请陕西师范大学国际学生奖学金。

***nduct preliminary examination of materials, interviews and comprehensive assessment.
4.After the final auditing by the China Scholarship Council, the admission name list will be announced online during July-August 2021.
5.All applicants who do not receive the Chinese Government Scholarship will automatically be considered as candidates for the Shaanxi Normal University International Student Scholarship.
(八) 申请材料 Application Documents
申请人必须如实填写和提交以下申请材料：
1.国家留学基金委网“来华留学网上报名系统”生成的《中国政府奖学金申请表》；
2.陕西师范大学“国际学生在线服务系统”生成的《陕西师范大学申请表》；
3.经过公证的高学历证明。（如申请人为在校学生或已就业，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的预毕业证明或就业单位出具的在职证明。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文）；
4.学习成绩单。本科或硕士阶段全部课程的成绩单原件（中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文）；
5.研究成果。已发表的论文、获奖证书等证明自己学业成就和研究能力的材料；
6.来华学习和研究计划（申请硕士者不少于800字，申请博士者不少于1500字），用中文或英文书写，并由本人签名；
7.两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写，需推荐人签字；
8.有效HSK证书、英文水平证书或相应的英文水平证明；
9.有效护照照片页；
10.《外国人体格检查记录》：此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，仅限于来华学习时间超过6个月者，须用英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间；
11.有效的《无犯罪记录证明》。翻译成中文或英文并公证。
注：因疫情原因，只需完成国家留学基金委及陕西师范大学网上申请（两者缺一不可），网上提交所需材料原件扫描件即可，不需寄送纸质材料。
1. Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship（written in Chinese or English）;
2. Application Form for Shaanxi Normal University（written in Chinese or English）;
3. Notarized highest diploma ;
Prospective diploma winners must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date.
Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
4. Academic transcripts (written in Chinese or English);
Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
5. Research results. Published thesis, award certificates, etc. to prove their academic achievements and research capabilities;
6. A Study Plan or Research Proposal (written in Chinese or English and sign);
This should be a minimum of 800 words for master applicants and 1500 words for PhD applicants.
7. Two Recommendation Letters (written in Chinese or English);
Applicants must submit two recommendation letters signed by professor or associate professor.
8.Valid HSK certificate, English level certificate or other corresponding English certificate;
9. Passport (The page with photo);
10. Foreigner Physical Examination Form;
The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid.
Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.
Pleases keep the original copy of the Form for school registration.
11.ValidNon-criminal Recordwhich has been notarized and translated into Chinese or English.
-NOTE:
Due to the epidemic situation,you are required tocomplete the online application from China scholarship council and Shaanxi Normal University, submit all the scanned copy of the original materials online(you are required to apply for both application systems, only one of them will be considered as invalid application). There is no need tosend the hard copies.

陕西师范大学没有授权任何个人或机构做奖学金项目招生，所有学生请通过唯一官方网站申请。
Shaanxi Normal University does not authorize any individual or institution to enroll in scholarship programs. All students please apply through the only official website.
