重要！关于2020年春季学期新生（语言生）延期报到的第二份通知

按照教育部和上海市要求，上海财经大学暂定于2月29日之前不开学。具体开学时间和可以到校的时间将根据NCP疫情的防控进展确定，并提前在国际文化交流学院官方网站（https://ices.***.cn)、邮件、微信公众号（留学SUFE)上通知，请耐心等候！
According to the unified arrangement of the PRC’s Ministry of Education and Municipal Government of Shanghai, the university has decided to reschedule the 2020 spring semester – the starting date will be later than 29th February 2020. On-campus registration arrangement, when the semester begins and ends are to be decided depending on the progress of NCP control. Please check your email, ICES website (http://ices.***.cn) and WeChat (ID: Study_at_SUFE) for further notices.
开学前校园以及学校宿舍均不，各位同学务必不要在开学前到校。
The campus and facilities (including dormitory) will not be accessible until the registration day. You are ONLY expect to arrive on registration day.
原计划2020年春季入学并已经拿到录取通知书的新同学，可以考虑做以下选择：
Here are three options for your consideration.
1.继续等候学校通知，按照通知开学的时间，前来注册学习。
Option A: Join the 2020 spring program even if we decide to maintain it at a later date
Thanks for your understanding and patience. We will inform you of the arrangements as soon as possible.
2.延期学习。自现在起至2020年12月31日，申请我校任意长短期语言课程，均可以免报名费一次，但是需在网上再次提交个人申请，并上传2020春季学期录取通知书/JW202表。
Option B: Reschedule your study plan at SUFE, i.e., join 2020 fall/2021 spring long-term language program, or 2020 summer/winter program
In this case, you will get an application fee waiver once and still need to go through the online application procedure. Admission notice/JW202 form for 2020 spring semester is required for the application fee waiver. Please check detailed application process (application deadline, supporting document list) on ICES website (http://ices.***.cn) and WeChat (ID: Study_at_SUFE).
3.放弃春季入学。
Option C: Cancel your study plan at SUFE
We totally understand if you do not attend the language program.
请各位同学慎重考虑，并在2月16日前邮件（ices@mail.***.cn）告知我们你的决定。如我们在2月16日前未收到邮件，将视为放弃入学。
Please notify us via emailing your decision (Option A/B/C) to ices@mail.***.cn by 16th February 2020. Those who reply beyond 16th February 2020 will be regarded as canceling your study plan at SUFE.
