“中国高校自主招生项目”系向中国部分省、自治区的省级教育行政部门和部分中国高校提供的全额奖学金，用于部分中国高校直接遴选和招收优秀的外国青年学生来华攻读研究生学位。陕西师范大学是中国政府奖学金自主招生院校。
Chinese Government Scholarship-Chinese University Program is a full scholarship established by the Ministry of Education in China to support Chinese universities in specific provinces or autonomous regions to enroll outstanding international students for graduate studies in China. Shaanxi Normal University is one of the universities receiving international students under this program.
01奖学金类别Supporting Categories
按学生类别分为硕士研究生奖学金、博士研究生奖学金。
This scholarship only supports master’s students for no more than 3 years or doctoral students for no more than 4 years.
02奖学金期限Duration of the Scholarship
按要求进行汉语补习的中国政府奖学金生，应在汉语补习结束时取得规定的HSK等级证书或通过陕西师范大学组织的汉语水平测试，经学院审核同意后方可转入专业学习。对在规定汉语补习期限内未能通过考核者，允许转入专业试读一年，但必须在此期间获得规定的HSK等级证书或通过陕西师范大学组织的汉语水平测试，如仍未能取得证书，将作为进修生结业回国。
The Chinese Government Scholarship students who require one year Chinese training should be aware that it is required to pass HSK or pass the designated Chinese examination organized by Shaanxi Normal University after one-year Chinese training. Those who do not pass HSK or the designated examination can continue to study their major for one year, during this period if they still do not pass the exams, the students must return to their countries as non-degree students.

我校所有专业均为中文授课。英文授课专业有教育学、化学、计算机软件与技术（仅限博士研究生）。
All programs are Chinese-taught programs and there are three PhD English taught Programs--Education, Chemistry,Computer Software and Technology.

This is a full scholarship which covers

●Medical insurance：Designated Insurance Company shall undertake the following insurance liabilities during the period of insurance, Death insurance, accidental disability insurance, Medical Insurance for Accidental Injury, Outpatient and Emergency Medical Insurance, Hospitalization and Medical Insurance.

06申请条件Eligibility
1.非中国籍公民，身体健康；
2.学历和年龄要求：
●来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35周岁；
●来华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40周岁。
3.原则上不接收已在华学习的学生；
4.语言要求：
(1)中文授课专业
●文科类：申请时需通过HSK4级考试，一经录取，一年汉语补习后需取得HSK5级证书方可进入专业学习（申请时已有HSK5级证书可直接进入专业学习，无需汉语补习）；
●理工科类以及艺术类：一经录取，一年汉语补习后需取得HSK4级证书方可进入专业学习（入学时已有HSK4级证书可直接进入专业学习，无需汉语补习）。
(2)英文授课专业
●除英语为母语的申请人外，其它申请人需提供有效的英文水平证书（雅思成绩不低于6.0，托福成绩不低于60，或相应的英文水平证明）。从我校毕业时中文水平需达到ＨＳＫ３级。
5.优先录取已有科研成果或各类奖励的申请人。
To be eligible, applicants must:
- be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health;
-Master’s degree applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and be under the age of 35;
-Doctoral degree applicants must have a master’s degree and be under the age of 40.
-This program generally does not support registered students who are studying in China when applying for this scholarship.
-Language Requirements:
(1) Chinese-taught Programs:
●Humanities: Applicants should have passed HSK4 when apply. Once enrolled, one-year Chinese training is required. After achieving HSK5 certificate, applicants can study in their major. (Applicants who already have HSK5 certificate don’t need one-year Chinese training.);
●Science and Arts(Music, Fine Art,etc.): Once enrolled, one-year Chinese training is required. After achieving HSK4 certificate, applicants can study in their major. (Applicants who already have HSK4 certificate don’t need one-year Chinese training.);
(2) English-taught Programs:
Except for native English speakers, all other applicants are required to provide a valid English level certificate (IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 60, or other corresponding level of English proficiency certificate) . Students are required to pass HSK3 when they graduate from SNNU.
-Applicants who have research results or who have recieved awards will be prioritized for admission.
07申请与录取流程Application Procedure
1.申请人须登录“国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统”，网上填写申请信息，在线提交并打印《中国政府奖学金申请表》。留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统的网址为https://studyinchina.***.cn/#/login，陕西师范大学机构代码：10718，留学项目种类为B；
2.申请人须登录“陕西师范大学网上报名系统”（网址：https://snnu.***/），网上填写申请信息，在线提交并打印《陕西师范大学申请表》；
3.申请人须按第八项“申请材料”清单的要求准备相应材料，并在2020年3月31日前提交至陕西师范大学留学生管理办公室；
4.进行材料初审、面试及学校综合评定，择优录取；
5.经国家留学基金委审核确定后由陕西师范大学于2020年7月-8月期间网上公布终录取单名；
6.中国政府奖学金项目申请者，如果未获得该项奖学金，该申请者将自动被列入陕西师范大学奖学金申请者名单，无需再次申请陕西师范大学奖学金。

5.After the final auditing by the China Scholarship Council, the admission name list will be announced online during July-August 2020.
6.All applicants who do not recieve the Chinese Government Scholarship will automatically be considered as candidates for the Shaanxi Normal University International Student Scholarship.
08申请材料 Application Documents (in duplicate)
申请人必须如实填写和提交以下申请材料（均为一式两份）
1.留学基金委网“来华留学网上报名系统”生成并打印的《中国政府奖学金申请表》；
2.“陕西师范大学网上报名系统”生成并打印的《陕西师范大学申请表》；
3.经过公证的高学历证明。（如申请人为在校学生或已就业，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的预毕业证明或就业单位出具的在职证明。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文）；
4.学习成绩单。本科或硕士阶段全部课程的成绩单原件（中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文）；
5.研究成果。已发表的论文、获奖证书等证明自己学业成就和研究能力的材料；
6.来华学习和研究计划（申请硕士者不少于800字，申请博士者不少于1500字），用中文或英文书写，并由本人签名；
7.两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写，需推荐人签字；
8.有效HSK证书、英文水平证书或相应的英文水平证明复印件；
9.有效护照照片页复印件；
10.《外国人体格检查记录》(复印件，原件自行保留)：此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，仅限于来华学习时间超过6个月者，须用英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间。
上述申请材料请务必按1-10顺序排列，于2020年3月31日前寄送至陕西师范大学留学生管理办公室。无论录取与否，申请人材料均不退还。材料不全者，不予受理。

Prospective diploma winners must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status or expected graduation date.
Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
4. Academic transcripts (written in Chinese or English);
Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
5. Research results. Published thesis, award certificates, etc. to prove their academic achievements and research capabilities;
6. A Study Plan or Research Proposal (written in Chinese or English and sign);
This should be a minimum of 800 words for master applicants and 1500 words for PhD applicants.
7. Two Recommendation Letters (written in Chinese or English);
Applicants must submit two recommendation letters signed by professor or associate professor.
8. Valid HSK certificate、English level certificate or other corresponding English certificate(photocopy);
9. Passport photocopy (The page with photo)
10. Foreigner Physical Examination Form
The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid.
Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.
Pleases keep the original copy of the Form for school registration.

You should submit TWO sets of bound documents to Shaanxi Normal University before the deadline.
