湖南师范大学将于2019年7月17日至7月31日举办“比较文学与跨文化研究前沿”研究生暑期学校。
Hunan Normal University is holding "Frontier of Comparative Literature and Cross-cultural Studies" international summer school for graduate students from July 17 to 31, 2019.
暑期学校将以湖南师范大学外国语言文学“世界一流”建设学科为办学平台，以“比较文学与跨文化研究前沿”为主题，邀请国内外著名专家学者授课、采用学术讲座、分组讨论和研讨会等形式，为学生提供一个展示学术成果，开阔国际视野，启发创新思维，深入探讨学术问题的交流平台。
During the summer school, academic lectures, group discussion and seminars will be held by renowned experts andscholars, providing students with an opportunity of presenting academic achievements, broadening international perspectives，inspiring innovative thinking and discussing academicissues in depth.

一、学员对象与规模Eligibility
本暑期学校面向国内外在读的外国语言文学、中国语言文学以及对比较文学和跨文化研究有兴趣的硕士生、博士生和青年教师，重点是2018级及以前入学的硕士研究生、博士研究生。本暑期学校招收学员100人。
Masteror PhD students studying foreign language and literature, Chinese language andliterature and teachers interested in comparative literature and cross-culturalstudies. Mainly for master and PhD students enrolled in or before 2018.
Thetotal number of participants for this summer school would be 100.
二、学习费用Fees
暑期学校不收取任何费用，免费提供学习资料，图书馆，免收学杂费，免费提供食宿，交通费自理。
The summer school is free of charge. Learning materials, libraries, accommodation and meals will be provided.
三、申请程序ApplicationProcedures
1.本次暑期学校活动实行“申请-审核”制。申请者即日起将申请材料发送至此邮箱：fanyi20181030@***；报名截止时间：2019年6月30日。

2.举办方将对学员申请进行综合审核。2019年7月2日将在湖南师大外国语学院网站上(http://fsc.***.cn/)公布录取名单及相关安排。
The summer school will have a comprehensive review of applicants. Final admission list and corresponding arrangements will be announced on the website of Foreign Studies College of Hunan Normal University (http://fsc.***.cn/)on July 2nd, 2019.
四、申请人须提交材料Application Documents
1.网上申请报名：登录http://fsc.***.cn/进入湖南师范大学外国语学院官网，按要求进行网上填写报名、学生下载“湖南师大外国语学院2019年研究生暑期学校申请表”（见附件1），填写好后将报名表及所有附件材料电子版压缩打包发送至指定邮箱（fanyi20181030@***）

2.研究生导师推荐书扫描件1份(附件2请研究生导师签字)。
Arecommendation letter from applicants’ tutors (can be downloaded onhttp://fsc.***.cn/info/1026/3380.htm,annex 2, needto be signed by applicants’ tutors)
3.纸质报名表（签名加盖公章）、导师推荐书同其他必要的证明材料复印件(如已发表论文、主持或参与项目及科研获奖等）于报到当天递交，进行现场资格审查。
The paper registration form (signature with official seal), the tutor's recommendation and copies of other necessary supporting materials (such as published papers, presided over or participated in projects and scientific research awards etc.) should be submitted on the day of registration foron-site qualification check.
