We offer accommodation to all international students upon their demand;CCTV covers each spotallover campus.Our security service provides 24/7 support to provide a safe and secure residential and working environment.

Note:

1.Due to the consideration of social mixes, we offernew students twin beds en-suit rooms with shared living facilities only.

2.Accommodation will be allottedto scholarshipstudents by CSC requests.

我校提供一流的住宿住宿条件。校园各个角落装有中央监控系统，并有24小时保安值班巡逻，以保证校园安全稳定。

注：1、考虑到文化融合及安全问题，新生第一学期不提供单人房间。

2、中国政府奖学金生一律按照教育部留学基金委要求配备房间。

Bedding set includes 1 pillow, 1 duvet, 1 duvet for summer, 2 duvet covers, 1 cotton-padded mattress, 1 blanketand costs￥600 / set. Self-funding students can claim one set upon arrival, we will deduct the amount from incidental charge.however if the student arrivesduring the non-working time, please pay a￥600or $100deposit to the teacher on duty, and claim it back in G307 in the lecture building (it Is the building marked with a pink dot that says “we are here”)the following working day with a receipt. Chinese government scholarship students have the choice of purchasing bedding set for￥600.

被品提供：一套被品600元，包括：枕头*1，被子*1，夏凉被*1，被套*2，褥子*1，毛毯*1。本科自费生直接领取，费用直接计入杂费中。政府奖学金生可选择自行购买。若学生在非工作时间且未与管理老师联系自行来校，需在入住同时缴纳被品押金600元或等值美金。

Meet and Greet Service接机（火车）服务

Taxi service is available in Dalian Zhou ShuiZi International Airportand Dalian Railway Station, cost￥100-150from airport/railway stationto our campus. Please quote our address in Chinese to the driver. Or you can book a car in advance. The cost for renting a caris￥200/car（daytime）/￥250(8pm-10pm)/￥300（10pm-7am）+￥30/hour (if the flight has been delayed more than one hour). You must book the Meet and Greet service at least FIVE working days in advance of your arrival.

THEY ACCEPT CASH ONY

机场（火车站）外有24小时的出租车服务，到达大连医科大学大概花费100-150元人民币（夜间加收50%）。为了给新生更好的服务，我校也提供机场（火车站）迎接服务，花费为200元（白天）/250元（晚8点-10点）/300元（晚10点后），如果飞机晚点，需额外缴纳30元/小时的等时费。

Registration Steps注册

1.Register in G303withNANAto secure your position, sort out tuition and visa issue.

2.Meet your prospective tutorinG301 (Postgraduate)G301 (Undergraduate), to collect your textbooks; timetables etc. please bring5 passport size photos, copy of your passportand original passport.

3.Go to the Dorm, and registerwith accommodation teacher.

(If you come in during the night time, please go to accommodation directly rather than following the step 1 & 2)

1.前往G303在Nana老师处注册，并领取缴费条

2.前往G301 (研究生)/ G301（本科生）在你的管理老师处报到，并领取相关材料例如课程表，教科书等

3.前往宿舍区宿舍管理老师处安排房间，并领取房间钥匙。

（如果在非工作时间到达，请直接前往宿舍区住宿，并于下一个工作日前来报到。）

Please Note, the perspective students who miss the commencement date without acceptable reasons cannot be registered.

请注意，错过报到时间将导致不能注册

Physical Examination体检

The report of Physical Examination is one of the essential documents of visa extension. The studentcannotcomplete the registration without showing valid physical report. (Scholarship students must do the physical examination at appointedinstitutionby CSC.

体检报告是学生申请签证的必备材料之一，条件不合格者不能办理注册手续。

（依照大连出入境管理局的要求，政府奖学金需在华接受体检）。

When & how

Unscheduledgroup Physical Examinationswill beorganizedfor registeredstudents,if the students miss the chance by personal reasons, pleasego to the Dalian Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau as soon as you enter China,

如果新生报到后，学校将安排校车提供不定时的团体体检。因个人原因错过团检时间者，需自行至体检中心体检。

Visa extension签证服务

We will invite an officer from Exit-Entry Administration of Dalian to give us a lecture in our college during the third week of April or October, meanwhile they will handle visa extension applications. Please note, normally the students visas are valid for 30 days while they first entry, please ensure you stay in China legally.

通常情况下，留学生首次入境，签证的有效期为30天，请仔细确认并保证你在中国的停留时间是合法居留的。新生集中报到后，我们将邀请大连市出入境管理局的警官到校宣讲外管法及居留许可相关知识，并现场办理团体面签。若在其它时间到达中国，请自行前往大连市出入境管理局办理续签。地址如下所示：
