学校概况
河北科技大学是河北省重点大学，现设15个本科专业学院，79个本科专业，92个硕士学科，教授、副教授749人。全日制普通本科生、研究生、留学生共2万余人。
学校与美国、英国、德国、日本、韩国、澳大利亚、新加坡等国家的102所大学和科研机构建立了友好合作关系，在学分互认、学生互换培养、科研协作等方面开展了多项合作。先后招收了来自亚洲、欧洲、美洲、非洲等国家的留学生到校学习。连续多年承办了国家商务部对外援助培训项目。
学校位于河北省省会石家庄市。石家庄市是河北省政治、经济、科技、文化中心，历史悠久，民风淳朴，具有丰富的人文景观和优美的自然风光。汉语普通话是全市统一标准的交际语言。距离中国首都北京仅60分钟高铁车程，交通便利。
Introduction of HEBUST
Hebei University of Science and Technology is one of the key and multi-disciplinary universities of Hebei Province.At present, the university has 15schools, 79programs for undergraduates and 92 masters programs.The university now has 749 professors and associate professors.It has an total enrolment of 20,000 of undergraduate, postgraduate students and interantional students.
The university has established cooperation with 102 universities and scientific research organizations of the USA, the UK, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Australia and Singapore,etc. The cooperation involves in mutual credit recognition, students exchange, and scientific research cooperation,etc.,with the trainees from Asian ,Europe,American and African,undertaking foreign-aid training programs which are supported by the Ministry of Commerce of China many years.
The university is located in Shijiazhuang, capital of Hebei province.As the center of politics, economy, technology, finance and culture,Shijiazhuang is also featured with long history,rich human landscapes and beautiful natural sceneries and the people here are very friendly.Chinese mandarin is the widely-used communicaiton language in the city. Thanks to the newly built high-speed railway, it only takes passengers 60 minutes from Shijiazhuang to Beijing.
留学生招生类别
★ 汉语学习生
汉语学习生不受学历、年龄限制。短期生随到随学；长期生（ 6个月以上）每年 3月、 9月开学。学习班设不同层次的汉语课，全面培养学生汉语听、说、读、写能力；学习班开设中国传统文化、中华才艺课程，注重学生语言实践；学习班还特别重视学生的汉语水平考试（ HSK），开设专门课程，通过率高。
特别提示：我校拥有对外汉语、汉语言文学专业，汉语教学师资力量雄厚。留学生参加汉语水平考试（HSK）成绩合格者，可优先申请在河北科技大学攻读学士、硕士学位。
★攻读学位生
申请本科学士学位者应具有高中毕业或同等以上学历，新版HSK（汉语水平考试）4级以上；申请硕士学位者应具有学士学位，新版HSK（汉语水平考试）5级以上。
本科生学制四年，硕士生学制两到三年。留学生可同中国学生同堂授课，也可单独排班授课。留学生取得规定的学分并通过论文答辩，由河北科技大学颁发相应的毕业证书并授予学位。

Application Qualifications and Categories
★Chinese Language Students
There is no restriction on the applicant's Chinese language ability and age. Short-term class strats anytime;long-term class (more than 6 months) starts in every March and September.we set primary,secondary and advanced programs for the students at different levels,offering an overall training in listening,speaking,reading and writing.In order to improve the students’ Chinese proficiency,courses like Chinese Traditional Culture,Chinese Talent will also be opened.We pay much attention to the international students’ Chinese proficiency Test (HSK) and set special courses for the test.Our HSK program is featured with high pass rete.
Notice:The university has the programs of Teaching Chinese for international students and Chinese language and literature,with a strong team of teaching staff.Those who pass the HSK exam have the priority to apply for the bachelor’s or master’s degree programs in the university.
★Degree Students:
Applicants for the undergraduate programs must have the academic credentials analogous to those of Chinese senior middle school,New HSK(Chinese Proficiency Test)Level 4.Applicants for the postgraduates programs must hold a bachelor’s degree and pass New HSK Level 5.
The programs last for 4 years for undergraduates,and 2-3years for postgraduates.Hebust has 79undergraduates programs and 92 masters programs for the international students in engineering, sciences, arts, economics, management, law and medicine.

申请入学须知
★申报流程
申请者需符合所规定的入学资格，具体流程如下：
1、申请者可从河北科技大学留学生管理办公室领取或从河北科技大学主页http://english.***.cn“Download”栏下载《外国留学生学习申请表》、《外国人体格检查记录》、《个人简历》和《监护人保证书》等资料。
2、将填好的《外国留学生学习申请表》、《外国人体格检查记录》、《个人简历》和《监护人保证书》，后学历证明及成绩证明等资料在开学前1-2个月内邮寄、传真或E-mail到我校留学生管理办公室。
3、留学生管理办公室收到上述材料，经审查符合入学资格，将在两周内寄发《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202）。
★入学时间
1、汉语短期学习生，可随时报名，注册、报到。
2、汉语长期学习生，每年3月、9月入学。
3、攻读学位生，每年9月入学。
★报到注册材料：
1、录取通知书原件
2、护照原件和复印件
3、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202）原件
4、护照尺寸照片5张
Application
★Application Process
Qualified applicants should contact the International Student Management Office of HEBUST one or two months before the class starts.
1.Downlod the Application Form of Hebei University of Science and Technology,Guardian’Guarantee Form,The Health Examination Report and Resume Form at http://english.***.cn, or drop by the International Student Managemant Office one or two months befor the enrolment.
2.Mail,fax or email the filled out Application Form,Guardian’Guarantee Form,Health Examination Report,the copy of graduation certificate,the transcript(duplicate) and Resume to the International Student Managemant Office one or two months befor the enrolment.
3.Upon receiving the documents mentioned above, the International Student Managemant Office will check all the information. Then the Admission Letter,Visa Application for Study in China Form(JW202) will be sent out to the applicants within two weeks after the application is approved.
★Entrance Time
Chinese Language Students (short term): Apply and register any time.
Chinese Language Students (long term): Classes start in March and in September.
Degree Students: Classes start in September.

特别提示：
1、学校设立奖学金。一等奖学金5000元/年；二等奖学金3000元/年；三等奖学金2000元/年。
2、学生申请时需缴纳注册费，入学报到时一次性缴纳学费、住宿费、书费、保险费（学习时间在六个月以上的外国留学生须在中国购买综合医疗保险）。其他生活费用均有学生自理。
3、选择校外居住的学生，须在入住24小时之内同房主一起到辖区派出所登记。
4、学校位于繁华地段，生活便利。附近有医院、银行、邮局、大型商场、超市、健身和娱乐场所。

1. Hebust set scholarship for the international students,with 5000 yuan/year for the first class,3000yuan/year for the second class, and 2000 yuan/year for the third class.
2. Application fee must be paid when students forward the application.Fees for tuition, books and insurance must be paid at registtation.The international students whose schooling time is more than 6months should buy the comprehensive medical insurance.
3. If renting an apartment, the international students must register at the local police station together with house owner within 24 hours after settlement.
