2018年湖北大学中国政府“丝绸之路”奖学金招生简章

湖北大学中国政府“丝绸之路”奖学金面向“一带一路”国家招收优秀国际学生攻读全日制金融学硕士研究生学位。具体申请办法如下：

The Chinese Government Silk Road Scholarship of Hubei University faces to all international students who would like study

 for a full-time Mater Degree in the program of Finance. 

一、招生类别/Program

硕士研究生/ Master program

二、申请人资格/ Eligibility

1、申请人须为非中国籍公民，且身体健康；Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health.

2、申请人的学历和年龄要求：须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35周岁; The requirements for applicants’ degree and age are that applicants must be a bachelor’s degree holder under the

age of 35 when applying for the master’s programs;.

3、同一学习时间未获得中国各类政府、机构或企业的奖学金；Applicants are not sponsored by any other type of Chinese scholarship at the same time.

4、学习成绩优良；Good academic achievement.

5、具有较强的科研能力；Good scientific research ability.

6、原则上要求申请人具有相应的汉语水平。要求：汉语水平考试5级。Applicants who apply for the Chinese-taught program are required to have HSK level of 5.

7、如入学时没达到规定汉语水平要求者可以先申请汉语补习一年。Applicants who apply for the Chinese-taught program but don’t have the required HSK certificate, can apply for one-year Chinese language/preparatory study.

五、奖学金内容和标准/Scholarship Coverage

免交学费；提供免费校内住宿;提供奖学金生活费（人民币）：硕士研究生3000元/月；提供中国政府奖学金来华留学生综合医疗保险；往返国际旅费及其他旅费学生自理。

The program provides a full scholarship which covers tuition waiver, accommodation, stipend (3000RMB/month), and

comprehensive medical insurance. International travel expenses and other related expenses are NOT included.

六、申请材料/Application Documents

1、《中国政府奖学金申请表》（用中文或英文填写）Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship (written in Chinese or English);

说明：在国家留学基金委的“来华留学网上报名系统”（网址：http://studyinchina.***.cn/#/register）进行网上填写和提交申请基本信息。提交信息后，请打印系统自动生成的中国政府奖学金申请表。没有进行网上报名的申请人，国家留学基金委将不予认可。）Complete the online application procedure at CGS Information Management System for International Students

(Visit http://www.***.cn/studyinchina or  and click “Application Online” to log in), submit online the completed

Application Form for

Chinese Government Scholarship, and print a hard copy. 

2、有效护照复印件；Valid passport copy. 

3、经过公证的高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文；

    Notarized highest diploma. Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school

to prove your current student status or expected graduation date. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English

must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.

4、学习成绩单。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文；Academic transcripts (written in Chinese or English). Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be

attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.

5、来华学习或研究计划。申请人可用中文或英文书写；A study plan or research proposal (written in Chinese or English).

6、须提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；Two Recommendation Letters (written in Chinese or English). Applicants for undergraduate program and postgraduate

program must submit two recommendation letters signed by professors or associate professors.

7、《外国人体格检查表》复印件（原件自行保存，可在留学基金委网站下载：http://www.***.cn）。须用英文填写。鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间。Foreigner Physical Examination Form (photocopy) (The original copy will be kept by yourself and the form is uniformly

 printed by Chinese healthy quarantine departments. It must be written in English and can be downloaded from

http://www.***.cn/studyinchina or ).

The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms

or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of

the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for

only 6 months.

8. 国家汉办汉语水平考试（HSK）成绩单，若暂未取得也可先提交申请。The copy of valid HSK Certificate (if available).  

七、申请程序/Admission Procedure

1. 登录http://studyinchina.***.cn完成网上注册和申请，湖北大学机构代码为10512类别B，填写并完成《中国政府奖学金申请表》及材料上传。

Complete the online application procedure. Agency Number of Hubei University: 10512. 

2. 将所有申请材料的电子版发送至ic@***.cn，完成奖学金申请。All application documents should be emailed to ic@***.cn to complete the scholarship admission.

八、申请截止时间

申请截止日期：6月10日  Application deadline: 10^th June
