注意事项：
1.请一定持来华学习签证（X1或X2签证）入境，按规定时间报到。根据我校规定，如有特殊情况不能按时到校，必须向国际交流处及相关学院请假，逾期2周不办理报到手续又未准假的，将取消入学资格。
2.须携带的资料：录取通知书原件；《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW201或202表）原件；《境外人员体格检查记录》及血液化验报告原件；6张护照大小照片；高学历证明；护照照片页和X1或X2签证页复印件。

附：留学生安全提示
1、人身和财产安全
（1）严格遵守中国法律、法规，注意人身和财产安全，防止各种事故发生；
（2）外出需提前请假，并与老师、同学保持联系；
（3）发生任何事故应立即与学院相关负责老师取得联系；
（4）保管好个人财物，涉及财产交易时需谨慎；
（5）不要随意将个人护照、学生证、银行卡等重要物件转借他人；
（6）不要轻易相信不明传单、宣传资料、陌生人电话等；
（7）不要轻易将银行密码等个人信息提供给陌生人。
2、宿舍安全
（1）严格遵守学校的各项规章制度以及公寓管理规定；
（3）严格遵守作息制度，自觉按时熄灯就寝。严禁晚10点后在楼内大声喧哗、哄闹，使用音响、电脑干扰他人休息；
（4）严禁在宿舍里使用违禁电器，如：热得快、电炉、电热毯、电热锅、电加热风扇等电热设备以及无自动断电保护装置的电器；300W以上的用电器；无国家3C认证（中国强制性产品认证China Compulsory Certification）的电器；
（5）严禁在宿舍内做饭，留学生应到公共厨房进行做饭，注意公共厨房用电安全，保持公共厨房卫生干净整洁；
（6）严禁在宿舍内抽烟，以防火灾发生；
（7）在公寓内妥善保管好个人贵重物品及身份证件，现金存入银行，离开房间时锁好门窗。
3、社交安全
（1）尊重各国家民族风俗，与同学友好相处，尊重他人的生活习惯，相互体谅；
（2）在校外租房的学生，与邻居搞好关系；
（3）学生组织集体课外活动，须经学校同意，按学校规定进行；
（4）在公共场所，增强安全防范意识，提高自我保护能力，不要轻易相信陌生人，增强明辨是非的能力；
4、网络安全
（1）严格遵守中国法律、法规和学校关于网络使用的各项规定，不得登录非法网站、传播有害信息；
（2）网络聊天时，避免使用真实姓名，不轻易向对方泄露个人信息；
（3）网上购物时，选择合法的、信誉较高的网站交易，以防止个人账号、密码被盗，造成损失。
5、公共安全
（1）吃饭、住宿、购物时请到正规营业场所并索要发票，乘坐出租车也要索要发票，下车时检查随身携带的物品；
（2）在车站、景点、商店等公共场所，将背包放在身前，并时刻警惕注意防盗；
（3）骑自行车时，不要随意将书包夹在车后座上或放在车筐，以免丢失；
（4）不要将书包、衣物、手机、钱包等贵重物品随意乱放，以免丢失。
6、消防安全
（1）安全使用电器，离开房间时及时关闭电源；
（2）不乱扔烟头，不在房间内使用明火；
（3）不挪用和损坏消防器材，不堵塞消防通道；
（4）公寓内生活垃圾应及时清除，不得乱堆乱放，以防成为潜在引火源；
（5）火灾来袭时，用湿毛巾捂住鼻子向安全地方撤离；
（6）穿越浓烟逃生时，要尽量使身体贴近地面，以免窒息；
（7）牢记宿舍逃生路线，火灾发生时不要使用电梯。
7、交通安全
（2）禁止在校园内外骑燃油摩托车；
（3）文明慢速骑车，不互相追逐；
（4）禁止酒后驾车；
（5）外出时乘坐正规交通工具。
Tipsfor Safety
1. Personal and roperty afety
(1). International students must strictly abide by the Chinese laws and regulations. All the students must pay attention to personal safety and property to prevent accidents.
(2). All the students should ask for leave in advance when going outside, and keep in touch with classmates and teachers.
(3). Contact with your related teachers when any accident occurs.
(4).Takegoodcare of personal property, and be careful when dealing with propertytransaction.
(5).Student cards, personal passports and bank cardsmust not be lent or leased to others.
(6). Do not trust the leafletsandpublicity materialseasilyon one hand, and eware of strangerson the other.
(7). In order to protect privacy, never reveal anypersonalinformation tostrangers.
2. DormitorySafety
(1). International students must strictly abide by the university rules and regulations on accommodation.
(2). All the students must keep the dorm well-organized and clean and cooperate with dorm administrator for regular checking.
(3). All the students must strictly abide by the schedule of work and rest. Please keep the dormitory quiet after22:00, behavior like making noise, speaking loudly, using audio and computer to disturb others is prohibited.
(4).The following illegal electrical appliances in the dormitory are prohibited:water heater, electric stove, electric blanket, electric cooker, electric heating fan and other electric heating equipment which without automatic power-off protection device;the electrical appliances above 300W; electrical appliances without 3C certification (China Compulsory Certification).
(5). Cooking in the dormitory is prohibited. International students should cook in public kitchen, pay attention to electrical safety, and keep kitchen clean.
(6). Smoking in dormitory is prohibited to prevent fires.
(7). Lock the doors and windows when you leave dorm. Keep your valuable things and personal ID carefully and be sure to deposit cash in the bank.
3. ocialInteractionSafety
(1).Respect customs of different countries and get along well with each other. Respect other people’s lifestyle and considerate each other.
(2).Students renting outside should build good relationship with neighbors.
(3).Students shouldorganizecollective activities as school request.
(4).Students should enhance security awareness and improve self-protection in public places. Do not trust strangers, and enhance the ability to distinguish right from wrong.
4. Internet ecurity
(1).Students should strictly abide by the provisions of Chinese laws, regulations and the school's regulationswhensurfing Internet. Students must not access to illegal websites and spread harmful information.
(2).Students should try to avoid using real names and not reveal personal information while chatting online.
(3).For the safety of personal accounts and passwords, students should choose legal and reputable website to conduct transactions.
5. ublicSafety
(1).Students should go to regular business place , and remember to ask for invoice after eating, lodging, shopping.When takingtaxi, request for invoice and check belongings carefully before you get off.
(2).Students should put backpack in front of yourselfand be vigilant against theft in public places like stations, scenic spots and shops.
(3).For property safety, students should not put bags on the back seat or in the basket when riding.
(4).Students should not leave valuables like bags, clothes, mobile phone and wallet randomly to prevent frombeingstolen.
6.Fire Safety
(1).Use electrical appliances properly and turn offelectrical equipment when leavingdorms.
(2).Donotthrow cigarette butt everywhere.Open fire indoors isforbidden.
(3).Do notmoveorbreakfire extinguishers. Do not block Fire Engine Access.
(4).Students should clear away the rubbish in time and should not put them randomly to prevent fires.
(5).Once catchingfires, use wet towel to cover your mouth and nose.
(6).When passing through dense smoke, lower yourbodyto the ground to avoid the risk of choking.
(7).Remember fire exit, anddo not useelevator when building is on fire.
7. Traffic afety
(1).For your traffic safety, abide by traffic laws and regulations.
(2).It is not permit to use motorcycles (with gasoline engine) on and off campus.
(3).Slow cycling and not chase each other.
(4).No drunk driving.
(5).Take regular transportation when going outside.
