Bachelor application for 2016
一、申请Application
时间：2015年12月30日前
Application Period: Before Dec 30, 2015
学期时间：2016年3月3日-2016年7月15日
Semester Period: March 3, 2016-July 15, 2016
申请材料Application Materials：
1、申请表（见附件）
Qingdao University International Student Application Form（Attachment）
2、个人简历（见附件）Resume（Attachment）
3、护照复印件Copy of passport
4、高中或以上毕业证明Diploma from high-school or college
5、HSK成绩（汉语言专业HSK4级，其他中文授课专业HSK5级）
HSK Certificate(HSK4 for Chinese Language majors,HSK5 for other majors taught in Chinese)
6、 申请费400元Application fee 400RMB（可以通过银行汇款-请发email索取账号，也可以直接到办公室支付现金。Bank or cash. Please mail to the office to ask the bank account）
二、材料提交方式（三选一）

Come to the International Students Office to Submit directly.
来校路线：青岛市宁夏路308号，青岛大学国际交流合作处留学生办公室（青岛大学主校区西院敏行楼，正门进入后左转，国际交流中心向北100米）。
The way to come: This office is located in the lobby of Minxing Building in
the West Campus of Qingdao University, 308 Ningxia Road (100 meters north of the
International Academic Center).
三、录取 Admission
申请合格后，学校将发给申请人《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表），以便申请人申请来华签证。签证申请有关信息请咨询当地中国使领馆。
Applicants with satisfactory applications will receive an “Admission Notice” and “Visa Application for International Students and Scholars to China (JW202 Form).” Please apply for an X1orX2 visa at the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your home country by using our materials. The details of visa process please check from the Chinese Embassy or Consulate.
汉语言专业本科申请者不需参加入学考试，但其他中文授课各本科专业需参加入学考试且合格后方可入学。
Applications for Bachelor’s Degree studies will be required to take the standard entrance examination for their disciplines The entrance examination is not required for those applying to the undergraduate program of Chinese Language.
四、报到Registration
报到日期：2016年2月29日至3月2日
Registration period: Feb,29 2016 — March 2, 2016
