The application for language course 2016 Spring Semester

一 、学期基本信息About the course

学期时间：2016年3月3日-2016年7月15日

Semester Period: Mar 3, 2016-July 15 ,2016

上课时间：语言课：周一-周五上午8：30－12：20（必修）

文化课：周一-周五下午1：30－3：30 （选修）

Monday – Friday 

Class schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m.(Language)

13:30 pm -15:30 pm (Culture) 

申请费：400元 Application fee:400RMB 

学费：7000元/学期 Tuition fee:7000RMB/semster

书费：约100-200元 Books: About 100-200RMB

住宿费：请见住宿指南 Please refer to the Dormitory guide

二、申请Application

时间：2015年12月30日前

Application Period: Before Dec 30, 2015

申请材料：

1、申请表（见附件）

Qingdao University International Student Application Form（Attachment）

2、个人简历（见附件）

Resume（Attachment）

3、护照复印件Copy of passport

4、高学历证明,有工作经历者并需提供工作证明

Certification that you are currently enrolled in school, or a diploma, or a work certificate if you are working

5、申请费400元Application fee 400RMB（可以通过银行汇款-请发email索取账号，也可以直接到办公室支付现金。Bank or cash. Please mail to the office to ask the bank account）

来校路线：青岛市宁夏路308号，青岛大学国际交流合作处留学生办公室（青岛大学主校区西院敏行楼，正门进入后左转，国际交流中心向北100米）。

The way to come: This office is located in the lobby of Minxing Building in the West Campus of Qingdao University, 308 Ningxia Road (100 meters north of the International Academic Center).

三、录取 Admission 

申请合格后，学校将发给申请人《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表），以便申请人申请来华学习（X1或X2）签证。签证申请有关信息请咨询当地中国使领馆。

Applicants with satisfactory applications will receive an “Admission Notice” and “Visa Application for International Students and Scholars to China (JW202 Form).” Please apply for an X1orX2 visa at the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your home country by using our materials. The details of visa process please check from the Chinese Embassy or Consulate.

四、报到Registration

报到日期：2016年2月29日－2016年3月2日

Registration period: Feb 29, 2016 – Mar 2,2016

请参照报到须知要求在来校报到。

Register at the International Student Office during the registration period specified in the Registrations Guide.
