一、 招生计划(Enrollment Plan)

二、 报名手续(Registration Procedures)

递交申请材料(Submit application materials)

1）《北京舞蹈学院附中外国学生入学申请表》(Application Form)

2）护照复印件*(Copy of Passport)

3）《外国学生在华事务担保人保证书》及担保人有效证件的复印件(Guarantor form and photocopy of guarantor’s credentials)

4）学校在读证明*(Certification from early school)

5）4张护照照片（4.8x3.3cm）(4 Passport-Size photos, 4.8*3.3cm)

6）个人舞蹈音像资料拷贝(DVD,5分钟左右)(Personal Dance video VCD/DVD, about 5 mins)

7）报名费：700元，随申请材料一起递交（不予退还）(The application fee:￥700（non-refundable）

材料审查通过后，对外合作与交流中心以电邮的方式通知考生参加考试。(The candidate will be informed to attend the test by email after the review of the materials)

三、 专业考试内容、要求（Admission Requirement）

(一)中国舞、芭蕾舞（Chinese Dance& Ballet）

(二) 歌舞（Music and Dance）

通过专业三试的考生将不再参加附中统一组织的体检，而是到县级或县级以上医院自行体检。体检项目须包括：验血、验尿、胸透、外科、内科。体检后需将报告单在一个月之内邮寄回附中招办。

注：新生入学后会参加学校统一组织的体检，如当地体检部门的化验结果与我校化验结果不符或发现身体状况不符合我校专业学习要求的将取消入学资格。

The candidates who pass the finals need to attend the physical examination in local hospital (above the country level). Physical examination items shall include: blood tests, urinalysis, chest x-rays, surgery, internal medicine. Please mail the medical report back to BDA in a month.

Note: The new students after enrollment will take part in the medical examination, those whose health condition do not conform to the requirements will be cancelled.

四、 文化课考试由我校针对外国学生自主测试（Academic test for foreign students will be launched independently）

五、 考试流程（Process of the Test）

1. 专业初试：通过专业初试的考生由考委当场宣布，并发给复试通知单（First round test: the students who pass the first round test will be announced on the spot and will be issued a second round test notice）

2.专业复试：专业复试考试前由招生就业办公室为考生编制考号。考委对所有参加专业复试的考生进行打分，于三试前张榜公示通过专业复试进入专业三试的考生的考号（second-round test: The students who pass the second round test will be given the candidate number and will be scored; meanwhile will be issued a third round test notice）

3.专业三试：考委对所有参加专业三试的考生进行打分，于文化考试前按照专业三试的考试成绩档次张榜公示通过专业三试进入文化考试的考生的考号（Third-round test: The students who get into the third test will be scored and will be announced with their candidate number）

4.文化考试：根据考生报考专业所要求的文化课学习程度进行文化考试（Academic test: according to student’s academic level）

5.体检、骨龄检测：根据考试内容中规定的内容进行（Physical test, bone age test: according to the content of the specified in the test.）

六、 录取（Admission）

1.录取原则：通过文化课录取分数线的考生，按照专业三试的成绩名次，依次由高到低录取（Admission principle: The final result is based on the third round test when the students pass the academic test, enroll in turn from high to low of the score）

2.出现以下情况不予录取：体检、骨龄检测不合格；考试当中出现各种形式的舞弊或违纪行为（The following will not be accepted: failed in physical and bone age test; fraud or misconduct during the exam）

3.不能在规定时间内按照学校的要求办理有关录取手续的考生取消录取资格(The students who can’t follow the prescribed time will be cancelled of their admission)

4.录取的考生均须经过我校招生考试委员会审核、北京市教育考试院、北京市教委外事处备案方为正式录取(The enrolled students must be audited by school entrance exam commitee, the Beijing municipal education commission and the Beijing municipal education commission office)

七、 招生考试纪律(Enrollment Test Discipline)

在招生考试期间和学生入学后，凡有考试舞弊或其他违反招生考试纪律的行为，经查证情况属实的将立即取消有关考生的考试资格或录取资格，已经录取的做退学处理。违纪的相关人员根据情节按照北京舞蹈学院的有关规定和国家法律法规追究责任。

During and after the recruitment of students test, if anyone have an exam fraud or other violations of the recruitment of students test discipline, The examinee will be immediately canceled the qualification of the test and admisson. Violations of the relevant personnel according to the plot in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Beijing dance academy and national laws and regulations shall be investigated for responsibility.

八、 学习费用以及在校学习的有关事项(Fees)

1. 学习及生活费用：

（1） 每生每学年学费为100000元，书本费按照实际发生额收取，专业教具费、生活费自理(The tuition fee is RMB40000 each year which not including the Book and facility fee)

（2）我校学生公寓住宿费为750元（Dormitory fee￥750/person/year）。

注：1）外国学生因非校方原因退学或休学，所交学费不予退款（Tuition will not be refunded if students are dismissed or suspended due to personal reasons）。

2）所有费用以人民币现金或银联卡支付(All fees should be paid in RMB in cash or by Unionpay Card)。

2. 在校学习(Studying)

学生入学的第一学年为试读期，试读期间如发现学生身体状况不适宜继续在校学习，将随时予以退学(The first year is the probation period, during the probation if student’s physical condition is not suitable to continue learning in school, the student will be dropped out at any time)

十二、主要教学生活条件(Major facilities and student services)

学院的校园环境优美，教学设施齐全，拥有60间专业舞蹈教室、具有专业演出功能的剧场，学院的图书馆拥有全国齐全的舞蹈图书音像资料。学院的留学生公寓提供标准间供海外学生住宿，房间内有空调、电话、电视、桌椅、卫生间等设施，24小时供应热水。学院医务室有舞蹈专业理疗设施(The Academy has a beautiful campus with a variety of facilities, including 56 dance studios, a well-equipped theater and a library with the most comprehensive collection of books, magazines and audio/video recordings concerned with dance in China. The Overseas Student Building integrates both teaching and accommodation functions, in which there are 42 standard rooms with air conditioner, telephone, TV set, desks, chairs, private bath room and 24-hour hot water supply. In addition, the Academy has four dinning halls and a clinic with physiotherapy treatment facilities)
