（1） 外国留学生有效普通护照复印件；
Photo copy of your valid passport;
（2） 《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表）；
《Visa Application for Study in China》(JW202);
（3） 《外国人体格检查记录》（仅限来华学历其现在6合约以上者<含6个月>）；
《 hysical Examination Record For Foreigner》(Only for the foreign student who coming to study in China more than 6 months );
（4） 申请学校《录取通知书》复印件；
Photo copy of《Letter of Admission》from the applied university;
（5） 本人高学历证明；
Certification of your highest education;
（6） 无犯罪记录证明。
Certification of non-criminal conviction.
二、专科、本科生：
Junior college student、undergraduate student:
（1） 外国留学生有效普通护照复印件；
